Date 1-11-2-24 Horrible customer service !!!!
Paid for a 28" chain and received smaller one of 25" I wanted to exchange it, but they were going to charge me for the exchange. I would have to pay much more to exchange it. I decided to return it and they charged me a price of $130 to return it. This all occurred on the same day I went to pick it up.
they did NOT take responsibility for their action, and all though it was clear they made a mistake, they did not own up to it. The receipt for the bought item said 28" and I was given 25" instead.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
LIARS!!!! UNPROFFESIONAL!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

They quoted me $140
For my canon Monday all I had to was bring charge it was a big Spanish guy with locs .
Than when I came
Tuesday’s they quoted me a different price
Say it’s only wroth $68 canon
And Two lens $20 and Canon and when I looked it up $167-$200 without lens
The store is lowballing because he looked at Walmart and since the price was higher than went to some random site checked what he and she would sale it for

They will disrespect you with a lowball, as if you are an idiot and don't know the value of the items you bring in. Obviously they need to make a profit. But they are ridiculous with their lowballs.

Came in looking for a watch, saw a Movodo I liked but couldn’t see the price. I hung out at the jewelry cases for about 10 mins, no one would talk to me. Don’t know if I would of bought it or not, so I’ll give that one to them for not helping me. Then I went to the firearms section. Saw two guns I would of bought today. Once again no one would even acknowledge my existence. So I walked around the store for a bit, and I realized I actually get better service at Walmart. I think they treat their regulars really well, but if they don’t know you then they don’t bother. Maybe everyone there was having a bad day I don’t know. I give it 2 stars for the prices and the people being helped seemed to be happy.
