I love to bring my granddaughter here. The American Girl experience is so special. Recently we came for her friends birthday party and we were in one of the private rooms to the side of the restaurant. They had several other dolls to choose from and their own special server. Each girl brought their own doll (one girl didn’t have an AG doll and had to buy one in order for the staff to put them into the beauty salon). They had a lunch menu for adults and children. It took a very long time for the food to arrive but they kept the girls occupied with games and the haircuts for the AG dolls.

From the military and veteran discount, to the staff going above and beyond in both the restaurant and the store itself, my expectations could not have been blown further out of the water. I am thoroughly surprised and pleased at how amazing this experience was for my family, and as a dad with a budget I came in with a bias. If I’m honest I was looking for reasons to be upset, and they gave me ZERO.. Seriously an amazing experience.. Good on the management at this location, the selection of their people, and the commitment to keeping customers happy… Arg at the restaurant went above and beyond for us as well, and the whole staff there when the kids took so long to decide that we missed our window, and pulled a miracle together to make sure they got their birthday milkshakes that we promised..

The store itself was perfectly organized and very nice. The staff, however, def needs some work. We spent well over an hour in the store looking at different dolls, clothes, and accessories and were never once approached or greeted by anyone. At one point while carrying a doll 3 sets of clothes and accessories my wife asked a set of employees who were engaged in conversation for a bag and the response was "thier should be some over there" and pointed in a direction away from them. We spent close to $400 in the store, and had it not been my daughters birthday, I'd have easily walked away and spent it somewhere else. Also the Cafe they advertise was closed.

Our visit to this store was absolutely magical for my daughters (8 and 6) and I. We had never been to an American Girl store before, but my girls love looking through the catalogues that come in the mail and had always wanted to visit. I also have loved American Girls since I was a girl in the 90’s. I decided to surprise my daughters to visit the store on our trip to Orlando! Laryssa was so sweet and did such a good job styling their dolls’ hair! Every employee was so kind, and I could feel the passion for American Girl dolls all around. The visit to this store was everything we hoped for and more.

Not really sure what makes these dolls over $100 each, but my daughter saved her money to buy one and she enjoys it.
Store itself was very clean, polite staff, well spaced out, and just a nice place overall.
Guess we will be back one day for new outfits and maybe new dolls.

Excellent, my granddaughter had her doll hair brush and braided. She enjoyed the store while we waited. The young lady that helped us was delightful and did a great job
