“According to the sign” thats the phrase that came out of the attendant, after of course you drive there and get out, snd read it fr the door. Don’t waste your time, and absolutely don’t buy from them online, “according to the sign”

Very easy to place an order but cannot get in contact with anyone. My order has been ready for pick up for a week now and have sent multiple emails, called, and left a voicemail about scheduling a time and date to pick up but can't get any response back.

My first time coming to this store it was about two months ago. My experienced with the owner is, he’s a very cocky guy , and doesn’t know all the laws, he needs to be up to speed with the laws. When I brought my AR 15 pistol with a Pistol brace into the store, I asked him I wanted to buy a muzzle brake for my AR 15 pistol. The owner asked me what kind gun are you trying to use for the muzzle break for? I told him it’s for my AR 15 pistol with a pistol brace, he told me if I took the gun out of the case he would take my gun, call the police and the ATF because it’s illegal to have a AR 15 pistol. I told him he has no right to take my gun because it is legal to have a AR 15 pistol. He said it again, if I see the gun I will take your AR 15 pistol, and the owner : I’m not trying to be the bad guy. I’m just trying to be honest to my customers. I told him it is not illegal to own a AR 15 pistol with an arm, brace, I told him you are wrong. You’re not up to dated to the law, It is dead in the water for the ATF. The owner of the store had a conversation with another customer about that the reason why he’s going to court over and over. Now I see why the doors are closed. The owner needs to be humbled and not treat customers like there are dumb or treat them like their criminals

Jeff, the owner, was great. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He's an honest guy and I really appreciated that. He hooked me up with my new G19 gen5. I love it. ❤ great price on ammo too.

Saw they were local to my area and decided to check them out. Google didn't show any store hours so I called them. Their automated phone message says they are open Tues to Saturday until 6. I arrived at the store before 5 and their business hours on the sign at the store say closed for all 7 days. There's also a sign saying if you purchased a firearm to email them for an appointment? I can see merchandise through the windows and thought this was an actual store. Tried to call the store again but only continues to ring when trying to call the sales department. Unless this is a fluke, do not come to the store thinking you can browse the inventory, ask questions etc. I think you just have to order what you want online then make an appointment with the storefront to pick up the item.

It was great doing business at Grey wolf armory!! The experience was smooth and comfortable. Jeff, the owner, was easy to speak with and had my best interest when giving me advice on the direction I should take. Ordered online, got the email it was ready to pick up, then completed the background check. Prices are fair, and it was great building a relationship with a local business. I will only be shopping here from this point on!!

I’m very pleased with my purchase. Not only were the prices better than competitors, but Jeff, the owner, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he have honest recommendations and tips for me, but I’ve also observed him doing the same to customers around me.
When picking up my order a few minutes before close, Jeff took his time to ensure I was satisfied, and was genuinely caring. When we got to small talking he was invested and even spent time reading a paragraph out of a book, well beyond his closing time. Thank you, glad I found someone I can trust in the neighborhood!

I'll echo everyone else's negative reviews. The owner is curt and rude. He might be the most knowledgeable guy in the Tampa area, but I'd prefer to go someplace that has better customer service. I went in to ask a few questions and the guy sounded annoyed by me. I've gone to his business three times and each time he has been less than pleasant towards me. In fact, about twenty of my neighbors on our community page expressed similar experiences with him. I was recommended another shop close by and the service there was day and night.
