This was the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had! Jonathan (sales) and Anna (finace) were both very easy to talk to, no over selling of options or warranties. Actually this is the Lexus dealership in Wesley Chapel which I have rated before. Although this time was in and out for a mid milage check and tire rotation in less than hour. Super fast. I hope my next oil change is as fast.

Bought warranties turned out they were not transferable. Talked to them in October. Said it would take 4-6 weeks to get my refund. Checked back last week, they never contacted the different companies. Said they would do that now. Not holding my breath. Never buying another vehicle from them. We contacted the bank when we paid off the vehicle to get refund for Gap. That’s when we found out it was through a 3rd party,it was connected to the loan but not with the bank like usual!
