It would be impossible for me to be happier with the new luxury vinyl tile flooring from Hanover Flooring. Every aspect of the job went so smoothly, about the best experience I have ever had. Madison, Sales, was instrumental in helping me find the correct tile, came to the house with 3 samples, which aided in my choosing the best option for the home. Tom, the Project Lead, was attentive to my needs, was able to schedule the project to begin earlier than originally thought, and stopped by multiple times during the installation to ensure all was going well and that I was happy with the work - I appreciated that. Marco and his crew of installers did a fantastic job removing the old carpeting and old tile, and their installation is superb. The finished project is fabulous and has given this older home a more spacious, warm appearance. I am thrilled! When I decide to have the old tile replaced in the bathrooms, I will definitely be using Hanover Flooring. I can highly recommend Hanover Flooring.

We just had our very dated tile floors ripped out and replaced with a hardwood laminate. This was the third project that we hired Hanover Floors to do in the last 20 years and we have never been disappointed by either service or product. My first purchase was in 2005. We did new carpet in the family room with padding. Approximately seven years later, there was some minor bubbling and it needed to be stretched. I called Hanover and they came out a few days later re-stretched it and I had that carpet for seven more years. The only reason why I replaced it with another company was because the Carpet was 14 years old and I felt it was time to replace it and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money at that time. There was nothing wrong with the carpet or the padding, but I made a bad choice. Had it replaced and within six months that new carpet had wear patterns, seam separation and fading. I did not get the same service from the other carpet company. I was told it was my fault which I have to agree. It was my fault for not going back to Hanover. Four years ago, I had the bedrooms and hallways re-carpeted from Hanover carpets. It’s still beautiful and it looks brand new four years later.

I have to mention two days after our beautiful new laminate floors were put in. I woke up to some water puddles throughout the kitchen and dining area. It was a complete mystery. We called Hanover Floors on Saturday morning. Tom came out on Monday morning to investigate the mystery water puddles. We really didn’t know if it was coming from the foundation or where it was coming from. After thorough investigation with a plumber, Tom discovered that the water softener drainage pipe had popped out of its place so on Friday night when the water softener drained it drained onto the laundry room floor through the kitchen and into the dining room. That problem had nothing to do with our new floors, but Tom at Hanover Floors came right away on Monday and took care of it for us. He even fixed the new trim that had popped off the wall from the water sitting on it all night.

I would give 10 stars if that was an option.

We have previously used Hanover for flooring in our entire house. This week they completed our beautiful kitchen renovation. The employees were respectful and absolutely knew their trade. Each one was specialized. They took care to clean up & cover all surfaces.
I learned there is a process to renovating and Nicole & Patty have it down to a Science.
I totally recommend Hanover for your kitchen, bathroom, & flooring needs.

We just remodeled our kitchen with Hanover and it was a fantastic experience. We worked with Tatiana in the design center and Alain for floors, and they were incredibly helpful. They were patient with our last minute changes, and our project managers were on site for most of installation. They really ensure high quality work is being completed by every trade. We can’t wait to use them for our next project !
