Yesterday 3/1/25 I had an awesome experience at Harley-Davidson of Wesley Chapel!

First, the entire sales team was beyond awesome! I had the pleasure of having Pete assist me through the process when I selected a 2022 Road Glide ST. Pete was on the ball with everything, from helping me the day prior in putting numbers together for a trade in of my 2018 Street Glide Special to taking me on a test ride of the new bike. Secondly, the sales manager Rich was very much customer focused and worked all angles to get me the best deal possible for my trade in. I told him the ball park I wanted to be in and sure enough he and sales manager Gabriel made it happen. Lastly, Alex in the finance department was very thorough and very comforting along the finals steps of my purchase. Hats off to the entire team for making this process not stressful at all!!

This was by far the smoothest buying process I’ve ever experienced when buying a vehicle. Wesley Chapel Harley Davidson will have a forever customer in me. Thank you all.

It didn't start out well visiting the dealership. I found a motorcycle online for sale there and I called about it and was issued an appointment the next day at 12:00 when I got there at 12:00 they had already sold it to someone else. I know that's a 50/50 gamble but it just seemed like they could have gave me a call before I drove almost 2 hours for this appointment. Unfortunately the sales lady that I was supposed to meet with had to take the day off to take care of her family. I sympathize with that but someone should have called me. That told me there was a lack of communication amongst the workers at the place. Walther I found another motorcycle that I was interested in and they gave me a price. I said I needed to think about it overnight and I would get back to them in the morning and give them a yes or no. When I called back the manager that gave me the price changed the price by $400. Up not down. The other thing that kind of blew my mind was that the fact that that motorcycle that I bought came with a windshield originally. It's a road King after all. So I asked about the windshield and my answer was, well it wasn't on there when they traded it in. I would think that the company would want to make that right. Did the only man I know the dealership did very well on it. After all they do charged an extra $700 for profit and call it a dealer fee or a document fee something such as that. I think it was plenty of profit made that I could have had the windshield. All in all though I love the bike I bought very much. The one thing the management did do is give me almost a fair deal on the trade-in. The reason I say that is because it was pretty fair until they charged me $350 for a dealer inspection on my trade in. I believe that should have been their responsibility to pay their people not mine. it was very nice of them to deliver the new bike and pick up my trade in at my house. I've never had a dealer offer me that before in my life. There were several good things about the place and a few bad things. So you've heard what I had to say but all in all I'm very happy with my purchase. I think the phone calling and the texting and emails are out of control there. It's very difficult to call and get a hold of anyone, I think their messaging is a little messed up on the phone especially. I guess I'm saying their communication amongst each other should be reckoned with a little bit better.

This dealership is beautiful and the staff is as well. Everyone spoke to us and treated us great. When we left, they thanked us for stopping by.
Side note: Just FYI - Route 56 traffic is horrible. The dealership is worth the visit.

The service department at this Harley store is top notch! I live in Brandon and go to Wesley Chapel for a very good reason.....

Everyone from the tech Tyler to the service advisor Matt to the director himself, Dean. All the above go far above the call of duty, to make sure you feel good about the work being done to your bike.
Whether its service or performance these guys are well experienced and are great explaining the details.

Had an awesome experience at Wesley Chapel H-D. The dealership looks fantastic. Once I stepped in I was not hassled they allowed me to look around and then was friendly approached by a cool genuine individual named Ryan. I did not intend to purchase during my visit but I came across one that fit just perfect. Ryan made it a very comfortable and very pleasant experience providing me an overview of motorcycle and patiently making sure I understood. I test drove the Harley and definitely was convinced it was for me. Ryan presented me to staff, who were all very courteous and friendly throughout my visit. No hassle and very easy trade deal where they delivered and picked up trade at my home.

Unfortunately I had to visit the service department twice in two days with my 24 RG. The first time having to get my rear tire replaced because of a piece of metal. The next day a dump truck spit out a 4”-6” rock that I couldn’t avoid causing my front wheel to bend.

Since this is my goto place for everything service related I’ve always dealt with Matt. He always goes above and beyond to help me out and is very good at what he does.

It’s definitely a culture there because I went in there about 6 months when I had my Street Glide because my throttle body had a crack in it. The parts department didn’t have any but the Parts Manager heard the conversation and he knew where one was in the shop. I walked out with what I needed and was back on the road in an hour.

Can’t forget about Rich he’s always there to help me out.
