#1 EMPLOYEE’s of the Year TANNER and TYLER help me from a warm welcome greeting me at the door to explaining how the coupons worked for Premier members. To answer any specific questions I had about certain products. Really guided me to know what fireworks to purchase so I can choreograph my own firework show. They truly went above and beyond helping me fit all of the fireworks in my small Miata. I really encourage the CEO of phantom fireworks to reach out to both of these employees of how amazing they take care of all of their customers. I feel that they deserve a ability to further their occupational careers in the phantom fireworks corporate office or in Management!!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. The store is always clean the attendants are always helpful and knowledgeable. I have been going here for many many many years since they were in the crummy building across the street. If you are going to buy fireworks in the surrounding counties this is the only place I would go. I do like this location better than the one on 220.

The staff was welcoming and informed my husband, that since he's former military, would receive 50% off purchases. I've not been in this store before, but it is clean, and well-stocked, and the cashiers were helpful. Of course, I had to watch my husband on purchases because that 50% off, was tempting to go well over the budget for fireworks! Plus, it was the 4th of July! 🇺🇲

Have to go to Phantom Fireworks to get ready for the 4th of July, we scored some really good deals. Check out their manager special and coupon deal before going. They really give you a great deal. We ended up saving over $500. Between the coupon deals, manager special and special mark downs in store we got alot of discounts. The employees here were awesome and willing to help you get the best deal for your money. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the ladies at the front desk. They checked us in quickly and sent us on our way shopping. The store was a little busy when we stopped, but they had plenty of staff available to help everyone, which is nice to see. Even at the cash register, they had one person ringing you up well. One was bagging everything. Hopefully we bought enough for our big celebration. But truly, you can never have enough fireworks. Their selection here is out of this world. Wish I had looked more pictures, but I was too busy shopping and buying up all their good deals. Can't wait to see what next week's deal is now. We were very pleased with our purchases and can't wait to celebrate the 4th of July with beautiful fireworks.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE FIREWORKS!! I only give 2 stars because of the staff who were extremely helpful and kind!! I have a minimum of 30 years worth of experience purchasing fireworks, and over 40 enjoying them. I've only ever purchased Black Cat fireworks but due to rising costs I decided to try Phantom Fireworks this year to save a little money. It's a mistake I will not forget any time soon!! The first problem I found was the packaging is done in a way to make the multi-shot units seem larger than actual size. I assume to justify charging $50+ for them. The second problem was all of the advertisements suggesting no DUDS guaranteed!! Which is and isn't a lie. There were no fireworks that failed to ignite on the final stage, but out of around 240 mortar shells, out of 4 different sizes, at least 200 of them didn't have enough propellant to eject them from their tubes. Which leads me to the THIRD and LARGEST PROBLEM!!! When a .75 - 1.5 inch (approximately) mortar shell goes off at ground level, 30-40 feet away, is no where close to FAR ENOUGH away!! 2 out of the 3 people participating and/or enjoying the fireworks were hit by fiery debris. No one was injured enough to need serious medical care, but more than enough to ruin the entire experience. And to be clear, this didn't occur after multiple shots from the same tube. It happened within the first 2 or 3. For reference: Size# 1, 1st pack and 1st tube got 2 shots and exploded on the third. 2nd pack and 2nd tube got one shot and exploded on the second. Size# 2, 1st pack and 1st tube got 5 or 6 shots then exploded on the next. 2nd pack and 2nd tube got 4 shots and exploded on the 5th. So on and so on....I ended up igniting them and throwing them into a barrel just to get rid of them so no one would get hurt. Attached are a few photos. To sum it up.... don't waste your money on garbage!! Buy quality from Black Cat.

Great location and amazing staff! Well stocked, they had everything I needed. I will be coming to this location for now on. I had such a pleasurable shopping experience without tons of people walking on top of each other. The staff was extremely helpful helping me find various items.
