Do not buy from them. 61 shot firework shot 10 times . I walk in the guy at the front would only help people of his race. Giving them deals “hooking them up” I ask a question about a firework and the person was very short didn’t wanna help me. I had a 1000,00 dollars to drop so only spent 130.00 . Lesson Learn. The girl at the counter was very nice. So good luck!!

Absolutely amazing!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT PHANTOM- I can't stress that enough. Black Cat has much better pricing and a larger variety of smaller items than Phantom Fireworks (but doesn't lack on the big ones either). The store manager explained how corrupt Phantom is, and how they lie about the reliability of Black Cat fireworks. I feel really bad that people have been falling for the Phantom scam, and I will continue doing all I can to spread the word. Oh, and if you want, you can have a discounted variety box put together depending on how much you wanna spend and what stuff you're looking to buy! Overall, amazing service and local atmosphere. It's been open much longer than Phantom, too.

Wow two years ago, I needed a couple of items to finish out a setup and show. A couple of the guys that I felt like owned the place took care of me. Honored my Blackcat pricing and got me the prices I am used to paying for cases to finish out a show. I actually spread the word to the people at my show to come there to get their fireworks. Today came in as I forgot a few things with my last order for show in hoped to get good prices on items needed to finish my show. And was in shocked how I was treated Blackcat would never go for this of one of their members.

HUGE RIPOFF & DISAPPOINTMENT!
On July 3rd, 2018 around 4pm, I ended up purchasing $612.81 worth of fireworks. After purchasing I was asked if I’d like the items in a box. I said yes. The young man that was helping me pick out the fireworks and another gentleman packed the LARGE box, loaded it into the SUV & shut the back hatch “have a great 4th of July”, as they waved. I drove over 2 hrs back home only to unpack the box and realize-They did NOT pack everything I purchased! 1/3-almost half was missing. Maybe they forgot the other box, who knows? The 2 major items missing (Looked like a huge 6”inch mortar reload tube. It was purple w/the Black cat on it “No. 1000 Palm Classic”. Y’all only had three left. It was on the 1st isle to the right as you come through the door, it was on the top shelf 1st item. Other missing items included...2 boxes of crackling palms & an additional item “I think it was called quiet riot”. He also gave me 3 free items-I only have one. I’ve totaled up my items and they equal aprox $400. The young man wrote the discounted price on each item I purchased, as he called it out to the cashier. I’m missing about $220 worth of fireworks, not including the bonus (free) items he was supposedly giving me! I hold a 4th of July celebration at my farm every year-this is my first time shopping with y’all (normally go to phantom)-but I read good reviews about y’all and decided to give you a try. I called ASAP when I realized what happened (phone went straight to a recording that notified me voicemail had not been set up). Called at 9am (your opening time) the next day-same recording! Absolutely furious at the ignorance! An employee of yours should pack up the items I already paid for and drive the distance to correct your screw up!

Highly dissatisfied with the customer service of the Macclenny location. I called Saturday morning, 12/29/18 at 10:15am, the call was answered and I asked what the store hours where, was called a “bitch” and hung up on. I called back and was sent straight to a voicemail box recording. I called again at 10:20 and a lady faking an oriental accent answered and stated it was not the black cat in macclenny. Moments later I received a phone call back from the same number and it was a gentleman asking why I called the number. I feel like this situation was very unprofessional and I will not be even going to this location to shop. I’m taking my business across the street to phantom Fireworks where they answer the phone politely.
