We took out jeep here for a new engine. We get it back and had to come back 3 times in a week and half for things to be fixed. One of those it was no fixed properly, we were never given the option on how it was fixed either. 2 days after the last "fix" something popped in the engine and it caught fire with us inside. The owner would never speak to us, only his mechanic. We were told "insurance will cover it". Yea, they covered the cost of our jeep but not the $10,000 for the new engine and shoddy work. We aren't the first people with this problem either, I wish we would have known about this chop shop before we went there.

Took my car in for an issue with acceleration. They called a couple hours later with the diagnosis and pice but said they couldn’t get to it for a a few days as they had to order the part. The very next day they called and said the part came earlier than expected and the car was ready for pick up. It’s been 2 weeks and the car is still running like new. Highly recommend this company and will definitely go back if any issues arise.

I called the shop to find out what they charged for an oil change for my Toyota minivan and spoke with Jimmy, the owner. He assured me that he would have a couple options and that he could take me in as soon as I arrived. Everyone is very friendly and I feel confident that they are treating me right. I heard Jimmy say that he’s had the shop the late 1990s, but has been acquainted with the business for many years prior. A good reputation is of more value than great riches!

My Buick started showing errors and went into reduced power mode on I- 10, As I limped off the interstate, I asked a dump truck driver to refer me to a mechanic that I could trust. I’m so thankful for Jimmy and his team For making this situation as seamless as possible for me and my kids Thankfully, my husband was an hour behind me on 10. We immediately felt the trust I needed to leave my car (Two hours from home) to get fixed. Jimmy and his team helped me through the problem and fixed it. They Kept my car safe, and I was able to pick my car up several days later. I am back
Home safe and I cannot say enough about how appreciative I am about finding Jimmy ‘s automotive!

My man's check engine light came on. I have a code reader and I'm able to replace and reset basic things, but the code I was getting was beyond what I knew how to do, so I decided taking the car to a shop would be better. I was having not so great experiences with other shops in the area, so I decided to take our car here this time because of the good reviews. I had to wait a couple days to drop the car off because they were busy, but the day I dropped it off, they looked at it and had it fixed quickly. It didn't need any new parts, they just needed to reset something, so they charged us for an hour of labor and we were good to go. The service was great and the price was reasonable. The reviews here are true! If we have any more issues, we'll definitely take our cars to Jimmy's.

I was getting ready for a long trip for work and needed my tires balanced and rotated. I was greeted by a young lady that let me know immediately they are really busy and had a tight schedule. We went in side of the office and she gave me an appointment for the same day, which is really awesome. I came back later that day (15 minutes late) and my company truck was brought straight to the work area where the work I needed done was done in a fast, friendly, professional manner. I’m not a local guy but I felt at home. Would highly recommend this place for automotive needs!

Great service, great people!! I highly recommend Jimmy's Auto to anyone in need of a right hand drive and for any other Auto needs. They are fair and not afraid to take on any challenges. Every single person that works at this place is wonderful from Jimmy himself to Missy to the mechanics. I have never had such a great well-rounded experience as I did with this company.
