Quick and amazing service! I was helped by Joe, who was very friendly and personable. He was awesome and professional! My only complaint would be another associate who was yelling the entire time at god knows who or what, which sort of killed the vibe. His name was Sean and he was really unpleasant and really just soured the atmosphere. I’m lucky he didn’t help me, I feel like the rating would be way different. Give that Joe guy a raise, tho!

Had a really great experience at Jiffy lube. This location is amazing!! In and out fast, no appt. Darrell provided best in class customer service. Cameron and Warden were also very helpful. Best deal in town!!! Ask about current deals and specials, military discount, etc!!!

Tyler and Santi were absolutely amazing! Their customer service is top notch!
Just a short back story - I have been a walmart customer for over 20 years. My family and I have always taken our cars to walmart for oil changes. 08/26/24 I walk into walmart at 5:30, like I have done many many times before, and was turned away because I needed an appointment & they were closing soon (7pm).
In a panic I rushed to Jiffy lube because I was 3,000 miles over the recommended oil change. I pulled into the parking lot at 5:56 and Tyler greeted me with a smile. I asked if they could change my oil and then quickly apologized because I realized they were closing in 4 minutes. Without hesitation Tyler said "Yes ma'am absolutely, just pull it around back." I instantly felt relief. I apologized again multiple times because I know how it feels to have customers show up at the very last minute. At no point in time did they show any kind of negativity. They were both very professional, polite, courteous, helpful and understanding to my situation!
These guys need a raise, promotion, recognition - - - - ALL the things!!!! They were amazing!!!
Thank you again Tyler and Santi for saving me (changing my oil) in a time of need/panic.

Oil plug O ring was half missing and all the oil leaked onto the ground at my house. By the grace of God didn’t blow the motor in my car. The picture is from the day after. Drove home and parked car. When I went out the day after car said low oil pressure stop engine immediately. Looked under car and found this.
