My experience with these guys came right after hurricane Milton passed through Florida. Although my my time doing business with them was brief, only maybe two weeks, I was super impressed with their professionalism, politeness and courtesy.

There was no issues in finding the location, figuring out where the spot was or anything.

They even took the courtesy of calling me up earlier today just to make sure that everything was good!

If you’re anywhere in Baker County or South Georgia, they’re worth checking out.

What a great place to rent a warehouse from… greated by a good young man and was happy to show me around and pick a good size for the load I needed!!! I was treated like family… I deeply recommend this location for your warehouse and U-Haul needs

There was a leak in my original storage unit that ruined a majority of my belongings. I did have insurance on the unit but the damages went well above the amount insured. The manager at the storage unit was friendly and did a good job at helping me "resolve" the issue. Which ended in being switched to another storage unit, which was fine, there was no leaks in that unit that I was aware of. The unit they moved me to was also larger and they upgraded me to it "free of charge" as well as lent me moving tools such as dollies, to make the switch easier. But it doesn't change the fact I lost a lot of my stuff and some of it wasn't replaceable. Not to mention the mold that began growing due to the mositure in the unit, along with the strong smell of mold on everything that was kept in that unit. I tried my best to keep Damp Rid in the unit, and air it out when possible but I could only do so much. Additionally, there was a huge roach/bug problem. We did NOT have bugs prior to moving our stuff to the unit. I was told it was probably due to the water and moisture in the unit. I repeatedly spent money on bug bombs and baits to try my best to make sure I would not be transferring bugs to where I live. Yes, the facility did offer to replace the poison that they use but if you've ever had a roach problem, you know it is extremely hard to get rid of them.
Overall I would not recommend due to the water damage, mold and roaches, it was a huge loss. I would not want any one else to experience the same thing, even though the facility said they check the units regularly and the water leak was "odd" and a "fluke".

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My storage unit was absolutely wrecked during the hurricane because their roof leaked. Sure, storms happen, but this was a total failure on the facility's part. Their old building led to major damage to my stuff, including furniture that’s now completely ruined. Childhood memories. Gone. The worst part? The so-called insurance isn’t even close to covering the value of my belongings. But do they care? Nope—all they seem to care about is getting their money.

Speaking of money, they not only charged a card without any notice, but they even charged someone else’s card! A card i have not used in months which isn’t under my name they were not authorized to use. It’s beyond shady and totally unacceptable. I’ve been paying my monthly fees like clockwork, so this level of incompetence is just unbelievable.

Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. They’re unprofessional, unreliable, and only out for your money. Between the lack of responsibility for the damage THEY caused and their sketchy payment practices, this place is a joke. Avoid at all costs unless you want your stuff destroyed and your money stolen. Oh and I will be taking them to court.

I had a problem returning my u haul to a place in Glenn St Mary and my wife called u haul to find an alternate location. I called here and spoke to Caleb and he said I could return my unit here. My wife confirmed with u haul that the facility was ok. Caleb was a nice young man and is very honest and professional. If I ever need a u haul again I will be calling all safe mini storage. Just based on our conversation and meeting in person I can say being from Chicago that he is honest and does business right. He took a stressful situation we were going through and completely set us at ease. Sometimes having someone who is just an overall great person like Caleb is, to work with makes doing business that much better. Relationships like the one we built, will last a lifetime. Should we need storage, we will be using your services. Thanks again Caleb for all your help. Give All Safe Mini Storage a chance to earn your business. You won’t be disappointed.

I called in regards to renting a unit to get information. I previously have a storage unit in another town and wanted to possibly move our stuff closer as to we are here at the campground for a while. I paid a move in fee and he gave me a month free. I went to locate the unit and check it out finding that it had ROACHES and was WET on the inside. So needless to say I did not want to put my belongings in a unit that was dirty, wet and had roaches. So, in regards to not being able to move my stuff in I had to pay for my other storage unit. I called and spoke to him in regards to the situation. He apologized and offered me another unit but I had already paid for the one that I had because it was due and was unable to move my stuff. He called and told me that I could have another unit in March which was fine but really not sure if we will still need it by then. So, I told him nicely that since I had to go ahead and pay for the other unit that I really did not need it. So, he felt the need to keep my move in fee which I thought should have been refunded due to the condition of the unit! But I guess he needed more than me! Lesson learned! Always go check things out before hand and take pics! I normally do, my bad! I just hope that the money he kept will be used toward cleaning up his units!
