Want to thank our salesperson Bryan for helping us with the purchase of a new Kubota RTVx. Bryan is a great guy who took the time to meet with us on several occasions in person and communicate on the phone and via email and text! (great communicator). After the sale, they even delivered the machine to us in Ft. White (not very close to their dealership) and came back a week later, to install a few accessories that we on backorder - picked up machine, took it to the shop and returned a few days after - all at no cost and again all the way to Ft. White.

Wish I could rate less. I normally only post good reviews but something needs to be said. Thought it would be nice to shop local nothing but headache and excuses from these people. Went in to get my father's forks was in there for 15 min after I told the guy I needed my dad's forks he sat in his pretty little chair the lady at the counter didn't even say how can I help you nothing there was another guy there that took care of someone else. Then my papa talks to someone out side and he walks in and then the guy I was talking to about it the first time sees him jumps up how may I help you oh sorry didn't realize yall were together. Pathetic. I work customer service and take pride in the way I represent my company's brand these people should follow suite. They have over promised and under delivered on everything so far I'm just glad this nightmare is finally over and we got our tractor. The rating does not reflect the product just the dealer! Buy kubota in Jacksonville!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. We ordered a mulch kit for our new Kubota that we purchsed 2 months ago. It took a long time for the kit to come in and when they tried to attach the mulcher they broke a screw. Had to order a screw which took one month. My husband called to check to see if the screw came in and now they can not find the mulch kit. Someone was to call back but 3 days went by with no call.

Worked with Bryan Libby. He was very helpful. We bought a new zero turn mower that will handle our 10.5 acres and then some. I new what I needed didn't want to have to keep buying mowers. We have around 6 cleared acres. My husband mowed the back acreage in around an hour or so. Its a great mower!

So far excellent service. I call asking for a price on part and install for hydraulic remotes on my tractor. Scotty got right back to me with a great price. Called three more times while trying to decide on the job, they had all the notes from my previous calls and knew exactly what I was talking about. Got ready to do the job and they ordered the parts that day. Everyone including the lady answering the phone was courteous. Will let you know how the job turns out.

Worst sales experience & customer service before and after the sale that I have ever received.
The only good thing I can say is that I love my Kubota product but there are many Kubota dealers in north Florida and I will never use or recommend this dealer (coastal equipment) to anyone.

I liken the sales experience to that you would receive at a low end used car lot.

It’s a shame that kubota is even represented by these folks.
