Got a referral to get my cpap from here. Everything went great until I needed another mask, hose, filters, etc. Their follow-up care is HORRIBLE! I called them at least 3 times requesting new equipment, each time they promised that they'd get it sent out. After more than 6 months I called and asked for my prescription to be sent to me so that I could get it elsewhere. SHOCKER- they never sent that either. I give up with these people- I'll be sure to let my doctor know to stop sending people here as well. You get 2 stars ONLY because you're friendly and helpful when it's face to face and you can't ignore me.
