I planned to never come back to this dealership EVER due to a previous experience with Windy Nissan that I won't bother explaining however I just want to say that I only gave this dealership another chance all because "the Hookster" works there and having done business with Terry Hook multiple times in the past and ALWAYS having a positive experience with him is why my experience now at Windy has completely changed to the opposite end of where I was at. The Hookster is definitely an asset to any dealership he is at and I know his honesty and integrity goes above and beyond and it's a wonder why he does have a following and why people who don't even know him ask for him specifically. My Honda Pilot AC clutch broke and I took it to Elk City Windy Nissan for repairs! Chad Hallmark and Dustin the service manager were extremely informative and helpful! Their repairs cost much less than at a dealership in OKC… and they got it done 5 days earlier than originally scheduled!! I can’t say enough good things about this service Department I highly recommend. Honest and Efficient!!!

I recently purchased a new Nissan Altima SR from Terry Hook @ Windy Nissan in Elk City. My car buying experience was nothing but top notch from the first time I met Terry until I drove off in my new car. I explained to Terry that I "wanted" a new car versus "needed". Terry responded " I want to earn your business" to this end he was very helpful and patient with me and NEVER pushy! He replied to my texts/ calls promptly even when on vacation out of state. The time came to purchase my car, Terry and Logan Littrell (finance) did an exceptional job at meeting my needs/ wants in final price/financing.
To say I am happy with my experience @ Windy Nissan is an understatement and it all started with Terry Hook! Thank you Terry, you are the best!

Bought a used car from them. Paid more than $16k OVER BBV (didn’t know this until we tried to refinance it) took it to the shop a few months later bc it was making a weird noise. They said it was leaking oil between my block/transmission & my rear end was leaking. Said it would be $300 after warranty. Went back to get it they said they had double checked it & the leak had went away so they just added a bolt that was missing on my rear end, charged $100. Took my car back to them a week ago bc my transmission was slipping. After a week they said they’ve drove it, nothings wrong with it, no check engine light etc. Picked it up last night, on my way home I could tell it was still messed up. Called the manager & asked if they ever even drove my car he said yes. Told him it’s messed up so he told me to go up there today & show him what it’s doing. Well I took my kids to school & was stranded in the parking lot! FINALLY get it to kick back into gear & out of the school parking lot. Didnt go very far before it wouldn’t move at all anymore. Called the manager to tell him I can’t make it up there bc my car is broke down AGAIN. He called a tow truck to have it towed only reason I even gave 1 star. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE SINCE I BOUGHT IT! But we are to upside down to even trade it in!
