Worst experience I've ever had. Only went here as my insurance said it was in their system, had good reviews, and was close to where I had hit an animal that broke my radiator.
And while they gave off a good impression and made it sound like what work was done would last. Turned into a nightmare.
First, it was a leaking coolant hose that was caused by a damaged clamp. Fine easy fix, and luckily, their Del City location came out and fixed it as they were closer to where I live.
Next, my radiator fan stopped working. I noticed my car wasn't sounding right. Turning on the AC didn't turn on the fan. Tried telling them here that the fan, a used one they put in, wasn't working. And they told me that because it was cold out, it wouldn't kick on, and turning on the AC wouldn't cause it to come on either. And unless it gets over so and so degree and overheats, it's fine.
Well, lo and behold, it overheated two days later. Del City location came and picked it up again. And you know what the issue was? They broke one of the pins for the fan's plug during the installation!
I've just now gotten my car back today. The fan DOES come on when the AC is turned on. Almost two weeks later from when I first told them the fan wasn't working.
I'd also say the paint job, like the repair job, is quite low. The bumper was replaced as well. They left flashing on the new bumper cover by the headlights, and some of the paint pooled along the corner of the grill when it dried.
So save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else for repairs.

We just received my husband's pickup back from Gary's Auto Body. WOW, It looks amazing!

From the beginning, the office staff and claims handler, Erika, worked to get the outcome we wanted. The insurance company made a mistake and tried to total the auto and Erika fought to get things straightened out!

Once repairs were started, Gary's accommodated our special request for some customization. When we were not 100% sure what we wanted, the technician was so helpful guiding us towards what would look best. Erika kept us updated throughout the process and the truck came back to us freshly cleaned.
The guys did an awesome job with the repairs. We would highly recommend Gary's Auto Body!

I needed a quick repair as I was traveling though Elk City. I searched and found Gary's and dropped in. The front office staff and Shannon were excellent in dealing with my problem, and had me back on the road within an hour. Although busy, they set aside an employee to work on my vehicle while I waited. Fantastic service, highly appreciated! Thanks

Gary's Auto Body- the ONLY place I trust with anything I have. We run a ton of RV's through this shop, very high end RV's with full body paint jobs that need touch up and we have people come from all over the US for repairs to their DRV's and we can not say enough about how happy we are with each and every job. Gary's does several for us a month for years- THIS IS THE PLACE- do not trust anyone else if you want a perfect job. <><

They do not call back, I called 5x & each time was told by erika shed call back & not once did she. They do not do what they say. Twice we had to extend hotel stays as they kept coming up with reasons why the car wasnt ready. 3rd & last time we told them wed take as is just to get it out of their clutches. They could have had the car repainted before putting on a tailpipe, instead they waited to paint it & wanted us to extend our stat again.They are the worst I have had to deal with in 25 years.

My Dad had a small.little mess up. But its scratches. Want about a Grand.. I can go to auto zone or a dude in Vegas and it could be 100-200.00 but. Nice needs work on the quotes. But prices I seen people with less damage and cost less and done in about a.couple hrs
