Awesome and relaxing stay!!! The rooms were comfortable and cozy with a luxurious feel. We stayed on the 19th floor in the pool tower and it was absolutely stunning. We had dinner at at the Gran Via buffet which was delicious. We did not do any good at the slots, however, we had such an awesome time at the hotel side it was totally worth it!! Room was extremely clean and the complimentary chocolate was a bonus.

This is a massive casino I think the world’s largest. The rooms are super clean but the games seem to get tighter every time I go. I bring a large bank roll and play a variety of game 20+ so I have a pretty good sample to go off of. If they don’t change this they will lose people. I probably won’t be back for at least a year.

Nice casino with a ton of games, hotel rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Only downside is the unhelpfulness and unfriendliness of the hotel check in people. I don't know what their problem is, but they don't seem happy to be working at the hotel and transmit that miserable jobsworth attitude to their guests.

My husband and I returned for another stay, checking into the W Tower.  I informed the front desk of our extended stay but learned that only a room in the Casino Tower was available.  They noted this for their records.

The W Tower room offered a pleasant view and was generally clean, although trash bags were absent from the waste receptacles.  However, the room's walls were soiled, and critically, there was no hot water either! We notified the front desk, but their response to this significant deficiency was unsatisfactory. This was unacceptable, particularly given the cold weather.

During checkout, I inquired about an available room to avoid a lengthy wait before the scheduled check-in time.  The front desk confirmed that no rooms were available but offered to let us remain in our current room.  I reiterated my objection due to the lack of hot water.  They then suggested leaving our luggage at the bell desk with a text notification upon room availability. This was unsatisfactory, as the initial check-in process implied a room would be ready, which proved inaccurate.

We stayed in the casino tower room, which appeared to be their oldest and smallest accommodation.  While we appreciated the availability of hot water, we encountered several maintenance issues.  Trash bags were absent, and one waste receptacle contained unsanitary residue, necessitating its avoidance.  Additionally, the toilet seat cover was detached.  We reported these concerns upon check-in, and the staff indicated they would address the issues.

Based on three unsatisfactory stays, we do not plan to return to this hotel.  Even the Spa Tower room, the best of the three, fell short due to inadequate room service.

The walk from the hotel parking area to our location is quite a distance, especially with luggage, and there are no convenient walkways. Our experiences in numerous global casino hotels and resorts have consistently demonstrated a commitment to guest satisfaction.  However, this establishment deviates significantly from that standard, even on repeat visits.

If you stay here, I personally recommend staying at the Spa Tower; it's the nicest of the other 2, W Tower and Casino Tower.

Nice place. Clean and comfortable. They need a trolley to get from hotel side to the non smoking casino area Rio. Staff was friendly.

I had my first overnight stay at Winstar and it was awesome! My family and I were there for two nights celebrating my 45th birthday. The room was spacious enough for the four of us and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size and the water pressure and temp were great. It's an open shower so ask for extra floor mats. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Less than obnoxious(faint) smell of smoke in my non-smoking room. The smell of smoke was present in the common areas but there weren't any big clouds of smoke. We didn't eat on the property, maybe next time. We drove into Texas for more affordable meals as well as entertainment for my young adult (23/18) and teen (16) children who weren't interested or old enough for the casino. I was given just over $100 in free play, spent a bit of my own and was back to the room in less than two hours the first night. The second night, no free play, spent a bit and went back to the room in less than an hour. Overall, the establishment is nice and the folks are friendly. I would have loved to play longer but I didn't witness any big wins and I was losing. I would definitely comeback for the hotel! A few things that would have made the stay perfect are : Free Breakfast (meal), Open Heated Pool or perhaps an indoor pool set up, and being advised of the available perks/balances available during the stay as a member at check-in should you choose to check-in at the front desk. Thanks!! 4Stars for location because there's NOTHING around the casino/resort. The drive is about 20/30 min either direction to more food/entertainment choices, so not too bad.

Great hotel, spacious, clean, friendly staff… just have complaint with elevators that are noisy as heck! Clunking and clanking all night long. I’ve never heard elevators make so much noise. And it’s not just one (or one bank). I’ve stayed in various towers, at various distances from the elevator, and they all make noise that can be heard from several rooms away from elevator
