The customer service here is phenomenal! I wish everyone provided such great service! I'm always popping in for this or that kind of hardware item and it's much quicker than going out of town to a big box store.
I even got a 4 x 8 sheet of material cut to exactly the size I needed and it was a perfect fit!
While waiting for keys to be made, I have observed that they treat every customer like their needs are the most important, whether they are needing a few nuts and bolts or whether they are commercial customers.
They will also give you honest recommendations for local resources for home repairs.
