I’m not sure what has happened in this store but it’s absolutely disappointing.
Apparently an employee/ employees like to price items based off their popularity, which is atrocious honestly. Why is a small demon slayer kids keychain $5 when a marvel character ($1.78) annd it’s actually bigger than the key chain?

I used to be a huge fan of guthrie goodwill because the pricing was always fair and consistent but now, compared to other stores in different towns; I can see how much liberty the employees take with the pricing.

I’ve noticed this happening with multiple other items in the store but this one is the straw that breaks the camels back.

I doubt I get a reply from the store owner because I noticed they only reply back to the positive reviews. Since this won’t help fix the problem, this is for all the people that want to know if this store is worth shopping at.

I’m done shopping at this location.

I will never come back to this place. My son was doing exactly what I told him to do, he is autistic, and grabbing my child aggressively and yanking his hand and arm up like that was absolutely NOT OKAY. Don’t ever touch my child again. I don’t care that there was glass on the floor I was two freaking feet away about to pick him up. He wasn’t even standing in it, he was just near it. Neither one of us was even aware the glass was there until we were already standing there and had you waited 1 flipping second, I would have PICKED HIM UP. You scared the heck out of him. Last time your cashier berated him because he wouldn’t hand over a toy and was talking down to him causing him to have a meltdown. Making comments like, “my child would never.” I will be contacting corporate this time. If you have any children with special needs, avoid this place like the plague. They’re rude as heck to special need children.

They took away the mug section, I really liked the mug section. I got many amazing mugs from there and always bought one when I was in. Bummer.

This store is well kept, clean, roomy and stocked with tons of household items with a wide variety of clothing. The staff are all smiling and friendly, even at the end of the day. Actually, some of the kindest retail employees I’ve ever encountered work here and that’s why there are 5 stars rather than 4. Thank you all for the lovely experience when I shop here.

I was delighted that I could donate my change from my purchase rather than put it in my pocket!! Win-win!! I got great items AND I got to give back!!

7-30-22 Found a great score today! A silicone mold for making either large round ice cubes or bath bombs AND a lazy susan! I'd been looking for one for crafting for ages!

Glad we finally have a Goodwill Store and donation center. The store is big and well stocked. I do think they price clothing way too high! You have to watch for the color of the day to get it at a reasonable price. Problem is, the employees at the donation center side. Three times now, different employees every time have all been rude and unhelpful. Or don't even come to the front to help you, greet you, or thank you for donating. I have been rudely told no they weren't going to help me carry anything. Get a cart yourself. Today both sides of the building were locked at 9:10am. Employees dont pay attention or even care. Someone else banged on door to get someone's attention and When I did go in to get someone to unlock the door on donation side. They never even knew I was there after two trips inside. After three times of this poor customer service and a phone call to corporate with no response, I have decided to donate to local stores for now on. 2 stars because we need one of these stores here in town, I enjoy looking for a good deal, and no problems with employees on the store side other than not opening on time. Hope they lower prices on clothing!

Ladies who work there were very fun and I enjoyed my shopping time there. Prices are to high for resale. Especially since Goodwill gets every item for free. Some prices are just barely below Wal-Mart.

Not so good. Books are priced to high. No furniture to speak of. Can't stand when they put everything in colors instead of sizes. To high on everything if you ask me. Did get a beautiful handmade quilt .
