The service is often not on the scheduled day or extremely late in the evening. I do not blame the drivers, I blame the company itself for the horrible equipment provided to service accounts. We have hydraulic fluid on our streets from leaking lines, loose trash flying around the neighborhood from the trucks, and even often trash still in the cart after being serviced (this happens with the Automated Side-Loader). These issues could be resolved by maintaining or updating equipment. The "extra" bulk pickup service offered has to be paid directly to them and services cannot be performed on the date they promised and not even a courtesy call to notify you of the missed scheduled date. Please do better, the stars given are for your employees trying to do a job with outdated equipment. Help your employees do better by giving them better tools.

These are the most useless incompetent people I have ever met in my life. The entire city government itself is completely useless as a whole. They can't or won't do anything to resolve any problems you may have, but they will damn sure charge you and take your money. Do yourself a huge favor and do anything you can to live in another municipality.
