Cute little place. Had to stop in there today while I was out in Harrah for a job. Didn’t think there would be much that I could eat since I don’t eat meat but low and behold they had an absolute awesome selection of delicious sides. Got myself their wedges, some onion rings and some jalapeño Cornbread and I was not disappointed. Highly recommend this place and I look forward to being out in that area again just so I can stop in and have some lunch. May even make the 30 minute trip just to take the family out there. Thanks again guys! Prices were fair, menu was plenty full with options, and the dessert looked absolutely amazing. Great atmosphere as well for a location.

Only leaving 4 star on food because the grilled chicken could have used just a tad more flavor, I still ate it all but it just needed a tad more flavor. But we got broasted chicken, wedges, coleslaw and strawberry cake. Everything else was really really good though!!! The service- YOU CAN’T GET SERVICE LIKE THAT!!!! Kat was an AWESOME server , VERY friendly and VERY sweet!!!!!! The managers are awesome too!!!!!!

We've eaten here twice, expensive for what it is. Service is good, one person handling everything at lunchtime, but she was hopping. I didn't like either the broasted chicken, overdone, nor the hamburger also overdone, so it was not juicy. That's exactly how my husband likes it, so he thought it was great. The onion rings, however, were fabulous!!!!

I was looking forward to eating at The Lumber Shack! Our food took quite a long time. It was pretty early in the day. They certainly weren't busy. Maybe we hit them at a bad time, but our chicken wasn't great. It was pretty dry. Thank goodness for dipping sauces (extra $$). It is a large venue, and maybe if you aren't expecting too much of the food, it is probably an okay place. Looks like it might be funner in the evening 🤔

It's sad how much potential this place has based on the atmosphere alone, the food is the exact opposite. Both of our Chicken Fried Steaks were served to us extremely burnt, literally black on the inside. The waitress even said they looked burnt to her but she served them to us anyways. (I found out later that she was the assistant manager and in charge last night) Why would a person in a manager position still serve them after saying she felt they were over cooked? She spoke with the cook, he said he cooked them 6 minutes each, she then said there was a sign by the fryer stating to only cook them for 3 minutes... Anyhow, they changed out the Chicken Fried Steaks with Chicken Chunks. The chicken chunks were very dry. It only got worse from there. I wont go into detail on that, but I would like to speak with the owner about how a family was disrespected on a very special night last night, putting a military mother into tears. Trying to get into contact with them today regarding this disappointing night.

Man, wish I could give 3.5 stars. This place is fine. The Chicken Fried Steak sandwich is insanely big! But the flavor isn't anything special. I like the idea of this place and I would eat here again. It's just not my first choice, I suppose.

We are somewhat regulars on Thursday nights. Sam is the best bartender we could ask for. Even when we miss a few weeks, we come back and she still remembers what we like to eat and drink. She makes this place even better

I think this place needs some serious help. More wait staff & more cooks! Placed an order & was told 20 mins. I went ahead & waited 30issh mins before I went due to having gone in the past to pick up an order which took forever. So I figured, my order should be ready by the time i got there... NOPE! had'a wait another 25 mins or so (what's the point of calling it in🤷‍♀️)food is good but wait time is RIDICULOUS! I ❤️ supporting local businesses but I'm willing to drive the 30-40 mins to mwc for fried chicken goin forward
