If you are looking for a timely installment of your mirror, look elsewhere. I called asking for a measurement appointment on August 19 and August 26 and August 30 and each time was told John (evidently the ONLY staff person who does measurements and installation) would call me with a date and time. Finally, on September 3, TWO weeks later, he arrived to take the 5 minutes it took to take measurements. THREE weeks later on Sept. 24, he arrived to install it. All in all, SIX WEEKS to get our mirror.
Huntsville Glass Co. needs to hire more installers, so customers don't have to go through the frustration of not being able to use their bathroom vanities for almost two months.

We are repeat customers - this is our second glass shower door installed by Huntsville Glass, and we are extremely pleased. From our first phone conversation, the installer coming to the house to measure, and the actual installation, Huntsville Glass was professional, courteous, careful, and did excellent work.The first door was installed over 4 years ago and still looks beautiful and works like new today. The second door - a slider door, is only a week old, but we are loving it. If we needed a third shower door, I would call Huntsville Glass! Over the years, I've also had various pieces of picture frame glass and mirror glass cut to size and had excellent service too. Thanks to installers John and Curtis!

Huntsville Glass installed a new pane of glass in one of my windows backwards. I didn’t realize that the panes of window glass in double paned windows are different from the inside and the outside until someone told me when I was getting another window replaced. The tech who installed the new glass SHOULD have know this. Huntsville Glass owned up to the mistake and came to my house and reinstalled the glass correctly. I did change my review and my rating from 1 star to 3 stars but I can’t go higher because now I will never trust the integrity of that window.

Recently a rock got flung toward my storm door while the front yard was being mowed. I had one of those decorative films on the window pane that actually kept the glass from shattering everywhere. I called HSV Glass and working with the support team was very easy. I accepted the estimate and 3 weeks later my new window pane is installed. Mr. John May and Mr. James Davis, Sr. came out this morning and did a great job of removing the old shattered pane and installing the new one. I was told to let the window 'set' for about 24 hours to really let the seal do it's job and after that I can put a new film on if I wanted. I really appreciate the work the guys did and of the great customer support /service from Ms. Sherri.

I have been using Huntsville glass longer than I can remember both for commercial and residential needs. Though I would probably be called a walk-in customer with a small order the entire staff treat me as a major customer. They always have met or exceeded my expectations. The last few times I interacted with Trish & Angie. They helped me make decisions as to what was best for my application, kept me informed of my order, and were very nice to me. Huntsville glass is my place for all type of glass and commercial door hardware needs.

Technician Anthony Prater did an excellent job at cutting glass for 2 tables of mine. One in which was an odd shape the cut glass fits the table beautifully. Thanks Mr. Prater for a job well done.
