Kali Briggs finally did what I had been asking my previous hair dresser to do for years! She took me back to my natural dark blonde and did so with also giving me the most beautiful depth and gentle highlights. I have never been so happy with my hair! She is a genius! The salon is beautiful as well and everyone was super friendly.

I recently visited Do or Dye and was truly impressed. The space is modern, sleek, and immaculately clean, creating such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. I was also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drinks offered while I waited – a nice touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. Schelese, the stylist (who I believe is also the owner) that cut my hair, was not only incredibly talented but also down-to-earth and genuinely easy to talk to. You can tell they care about their craft, taking the time to really listen to what I wanted and offering expert advice. I left feeling completely refreshed with a fresh beard trim and haircut! It's clear that this salon combines skill with a warm, friendly vibe. Highly recommend if you're looking for top-notch service in a relaxed, comfortable setting!

Always great staff. Personally I always see Schelese who is always amazing! But my husband and children have seen many stylist in the salon and everyone always does a great job. The staff are always very nice and the atmosphere is amazing, clean and very hip. Love this salon in Harrah

TLDR: The only welcome this walk-in got was silence, background conversation and a smile from a customer.

Just stopped in for the Barber within 10 minutes of opening, waited for an employee for 5 and walked out.

I just wanted to give them a chance since they are so close but they continually disappoint. They don't answer the phone very often. They have odd hours where some days are appointments only. Disappointed.

My husband and I were both going to this salon, we each saw different people for our hair, and while we both liked our individual stylists, we did not care for the salon. The atmosphere was sometimes uncomfortable, it felt a bit toxic. The receptionist could also be a little snotty too, when she was actually at her desk. I was happy to find out my stylist had moved to a different salon and so did my husband’s barber.
*update* In regard to the response to my review, this review is stating my honest opinion about this salon and clearly it’s poor management, to the general public. I was not asked or coerced to write this review by anyone. Looking over other reviews it seems that management tends to put blame elsewhere for poor reviews. That’s not who I want to do business with.

I've been getting my hair cut there for quite some time now. The atmosphere is great and Brittany Peckham does an amazing job! I definitely recommend giving them a try.
