I made a reservation with Shannon because our power went out on a school night. (Parent to a 7 year old) we showed up to our house with take out and we had no power. She really went above and beyond. Her attitude was so kind and understanding. She did what she could within her position and she made me feel appreciated. Thank you Shannon for your help.

First and foremost - I am VERY upset with this hotel!! We stayed 3 nights here, and ALL 3 nights it took 30+ minutes for the hot water to reach our room (which we was on the 1st floor, and I NEVER had this happened before) the person the check us in that night, was NOT very helpful either with the whole situation!!! Sunday morning that house keeper knocked on our door before 9AM.
When it came time to check out Monday morning we asked to speak to the manger (please keep in mind, it was at 9AM) which took her forever to come to the front desk and the first thing she said to us was, “please don’t hurry me, my computer isn’t even warmed up yet” which during our conversation she stated that 3 times!! She also said she would call us later to refund one of my nights for us because of the hot water issues. I have called and left two VM, and still not call back!!

I would highly not recommend!!!

The room and king size bed was comfortable, and the is the ONLY thing they have going for them!!

We were affected by the tornados recently and wanted to stay in a place with power and running water that was close by, and Robert at the front desk really helped us out by giving us a more than fair rate adjustment, he was awesome, so helpful. The room was very clean, and the beds and linen were so comfortable. The shower felt so good! It was so quite too, even though there were young kids on our floor, we didnt hear anyone else. Even the toilets and plumbing was quite! Would stay again 100%.

This is the hardest working group of women that I have ever seen! A perfect 6am breakfast everyday and then I still get compliments on my $19 clearance shoes off TEMU. Jessica is the sweetest..

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at comfort inn in harrah,ok.The staff was very helpful and accommodating and Shannon went out of her way to make sure we had a late evening snack of cookies. There is not to many places that have customer service like that anymore,we will return for another stay.

Me & my family are from Texas & we stayed here for the weekend & this has been a great stay! Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was hands down the best breakfast we've ever had while staying in a hotel. The GM & her employee even brought out a unicorn waffle maker for my daughter! Definitely will be staying here again when we come visit. Thank you ladies for a great stay 🫶

I recently stayed at this hotel during the first stop of my 10-day road trip, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received from the staff and the owner.

Three hours into our journey, I realized I had left my Apple watch in the hotel room. Knowing that driving back would significantly disrupt our schedule, I contacted the hotel staff. From the moment I made that call, the entire process of retrieving my watch was nothing short of seamless and pleasant.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist me in getting my watch back. Their commitment to customer service was truly impressive. Shortly after returning home, I was delighted to find my watch carefully wrapped to prevent any damage, accompanied by a warm note. This thoughtful gesture left a lasting impression on me.

I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team for going the extra mile and demonstrating a genuine concern for their customers. Kudos to the staff and owner for fostering a culture of exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking not only comfort and convenience but also a team that truly cares about their guests.
