My husband's appointment went great! From the friendly faces at the counter to the optometrist, we were well pleased and looking forward to his new glasses. Think we've found our new eye dr and staff!

Had an appointment but needed to reschedule. They sent me the date and times available through text messages. When I couldn’t get the paperwork to work I called the office. The person that answered was rude and said there wasn’t an appointment for that day or time. I informed her that I had a text message telling me I did. She rudely said no you don’t. I informed her I would take my business elsewhere. They lost two clients. I’m sure they don’t care though.

I love this place! I called around 8:30am and was seen at 10:30am on the same day. The desk staff were friendly and speedy. The doctor took good care of me. My entire little family uses Harrah Eye care.

I want to thank the receptionist who was so helpful in obtaining Elizabeth's Lumigan prescription from Express Scripts. I know it required extra effort including a phone call, but I'm still waiting for Walgreens to respond. No help from them. Thanks again. Richard Keefover
