I was told to leave the store after being accused of not purchasing anything while sitting in the dining area even though I did purchase groceries to eat. I was told I was there for to long even while a group of senior citizens were there sitting and talking in the dining area just as long as me. They also have no bike racks for bicycles so you have to use a sign post to lock a bike. I will definitely avoid this store in the future.

I had a very good experience here. A young man named Jimmy helped me a lot. He helped me find there groceries I needed help with. He was very kind. He also bagged my groceries very fast. I hope other employees be like this young man. He really makes me love shopping at Jumbos.

Whoever Laura from customer services is- well she is amazing and deserves so much praise! I had to leave a review. My daughter is so sick and I called and had all these questions first thing in the morning about nebulizers and jumbos doesn’t even sell them yet she took the time to inform me of how and where I could get one from her own personal experience, and she was so kind while she did. Huge shoutout to the guys working at Jumbo Foods tonight, we pulled in shortly before closing time in desperate need of some ice melt. They were so helpful loading the salt and just overall customer service! 10/10 will be back. Thank you guys!

Amazing place to visit! The deli is to die for! Huge variety of everything! Bar-b-que Spare Ribs and Babyback ribs were awesome! I had to go back the very next day to get more!
You will definitely be able to satisfy whatever you are craving here!
One of the better places visited here during my stay!
Service was fast and great...everyone was knowledgeable and friendly! Perfect combinations!

I love to shop at jumbo foods however the people in the deli are not helpful. I went in today to buy some ribs and there was a short man telling me he was busy frying chicken and to come back in 15 minutes.A very nice young man named Michael helped me. I told him in 15 minutes I would have been gone. He deserves a raise in my opinion.

We tried the Thursday night steak night. The steak didn't taste bad, but was very bland. The steaks were also under cooked and after being sent back to cook longer. They were still under cooked the second time. We ordered a medium and a well done 8oz Sirloin. By the time the steak was back the second time the vegetables and toast was cold. We will not be going back.

I was in for a big surprise. They have very small selection of gift cards, Dollar General store on Willow has 3x that amount. But as I was going to purchase one of the gift cards I was told they only take cash for them. Whaaat?
