Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in the trademark and my original meeting with them went well and everyone i talked to was very nice. I told them what I needed and sent them the PDF from my Graphic Designer. The man checked it out while I was sitting there and said everything was perfect and to give him until Friday and this was Monday. This is where the good experience stopped. Friday passes and no phone call by the Monday after I call to check in on the progress and I was told to give them 2 more days (no big deal) then 2 days passed and no call again. I call to check and I was told they had a bigger client that needed banners made and I was being pushed back another week. (Very initiating to say the least) That week passed with no call again and now the printer is broken so that will take time to fix and was not given a date at this point the my sings would be done. Then today I get a call saying the PDF I sent is not printable after the man checked it the day I dropped it off. Literally a bunch of clowns with 0 customer service skills and no care in the world for a small business.

I don't think they care or want to care about what the customer wants Due to time constraints I'm forced to Use graphics that I do not want In the style I don't want Do not recommend their services Especially for a project as simple as lettering on a truck I definitely not would not trust them for anything bigger

Opened Enid American Shaman a month ago and these guys have provided various signs and banners. Their customer service is top notch. They have completed every order ahead of schedule, and the craftmanship is equal to or above any company we have ever used in the midwest. Go see Chris and Aaron for all your signage needs!....and they do one heck of a vehicle wrap too!
