Brooklynn was very help in putting me in an outfit that was fitting for the occasion that I had going on. I also purchased a V-snatch body shaper (if you don’t know, find out!!) Again Brooklynn was very accommodating and making feel beautiful!!! Definitely will come back! ✨ The quality of the clothes is fantastic, one of a kind, and true to size!

This place is so bomb and the vibe there is amazing. If you haven’t checked out Vivid Boutique make sure you do! The clothing she has there is something you can use for any occasion. Worst customer service ever. I called to get a closure sew in installed and the owner was available to do my hair. She asked me to dropped the closure off so she could bleach the knots. I show up a few minutes later. And when I showed her my closure she said it was no good and she had better ones for sale. And my closure was too short for the bundles I have. This would not be my first sew in. I knew wasn’t nothing wrong with the closure. Because I always use hair from the weave zone and no other stylist ever complained. She just wanted me to buy hair from her, that I never heard anyone in the city talking about! She also wanted me to go get someone else to braid my hair down and her price was extremely high. When I told her I would just wait and get someone to do my hair. She got mad and cursed at me and said I wasted my time coming up there, which was true!!

Purchased a sweater dress on Saturday 2/6/2021, had it on for an hour or so before it came apart at the sleeve. I took the dress back on Wednesday 2/10/2, spoke with the owner. She was able to see where the dress was poorly stitched and insisted I take it to a seamstress. Considering that I spent 84.00 on the dress I would have appreciated an exchange or store credit, but I was offered 20% off my next purchase. With this being my first experience I'm not sure if I will return.
