This place is the perfect example of why I miss the Old School Manned car washes. Paid $20 and I think 95% of the bugs are still on my vehicle. The wheel cleaner apparently only cleans the tires because my wheels look terrible. The cashier asked if I was interested in a monthly pass before I got the wash and I told him we'll see about that after the first time. The answer is "NO". I really wish they had a Club Car Wash here. At least they make sure to get the bugs scrubbed off and wheels soaked before you enter the wash.

The only issue with the $12 car wash is the bottom of my doors inside never get cleaned. I do wish you could use the subscription for 2 cars and or have more special on the app.

One of the best car washes I've been to. The people are always friendly and my car is squeaky clean when we leave. I think their pricing is fairly normal for most automated car washes. But I have to say our experience yet was the Spooky Car Wash they did on Halloween! The car wash was decorated with awesome spooky decorations, the staff were all dressed up and scary priates even jumped out at you in the car was itself. There was a huge line but we didn't mind waiting as it went fairly quickly and we had a blast.

One of the best car washes I’ve ever been to. I have several vehicles that are or were on the monthly plan. We had problems with one of the huggers or that’s what they say. That the hugger flailed into the side of the pick up and scratch it up pretty good as you can see. They told us they would look a the video. I don’t go around checking the vehicle after every wash all the time. It’s clean we use it and we go back when it’s dirty. Evidently their cameras only go back for a months worth of videos is what they said which is pretty lame but we know what happened and we decided since they could not find it on their videos that it was past a month. They weren’t going to pay for anything at all to have this taken care of. We decided to stop all vehicles because of the simple fact we did not want the rest of them to have the same fate somewhere along the line. Not happy with the outcome and if you have a very expensive vehicle, my recommendation is not to take it through the car wash at Tommy’s because of their failure to take care of the people that patronize the place.

Came in to get the cheapest wash because i already had it washed the week before. I was upsold on the $25 wash that came with a 30 day free wash trial. I asked if there would be a charge after and if my card info would be taken. He assured me i would have to do nothing other than reply to a txt with an email i use. I went through the car wash and everything was fine other than a clip on my trim broke off (my car has miles on it i dont blame the wash) and got to vacuums, they are the worst i have ever used and wouldnt suck up anything. I went to a self serve at another wash down the road. The next week i find out im signed up for a recurring membership and they kept my card membership. I was seriously disappointed in the misinformation because i am a smart spender and asked these questions in advance. I never used the free trial and ill never return

I don't use car washes often, as I normally do it myself. I decided to take my husband's truck through the wash. I did the Ultimate, which is 16.00. It didn't get some basic dirt off & of course the bugs. All in all, it was worth 16.00. BUT, the vacuums were the worst! My dust buster could do a better job. Fortunately, the floors of the truck weren't bad, so just picked up the crumbs. The young girl at the window was absolutely the nicest, which customer relations is what will be bring me back.

You should leave with a clean car at these prices. Here is the result after 1 complementary re-run through after it wasn’t clean the first time. Adjust your prices accordingly or do it right the first time, or at least the second time. It’s not all bad, the employees are always very kind.

Excellent service I use this service since they opened to the public. I use this service often since I expose my car to dirt roads and my car always comes back looking like new every time I use this car washI. I prefer this car wash they use the best technology and products in car detailing, the staff is very professional well trained and helpful at all times. My car looks better and better every time I go into the wash. The managers are very professional and make sure that everything is running perfectly at all times. Thank you Tommy's Express.👍
