Last month my Internet was turned off a week and a half before the bill was due. Now for the last week Internet is running 2G. Paid my bill yesterday, still the same. Lady at easy office totally clueless. Yes I'm unhappy& pissed

Iesha and Mariah are super friendly, professional and explained and took care of a carrier overcharge. The atmosphere is laid back and the two reps know
their jobs inside and out. The carrier and phone are a little slower than my previous carrier but the experience as a whole has been positive. Blessings and good vibes to these two.

I want to give a huge shout out to all of these folks in Easy wireless at 16 th and Broadway in Enid. These three put up with so much from me and my twin 5 year old grandkids. And on top of that, despite my truly wild g babies, the manager knew her job and could do her customer service as well as training the two other employees, and still was nice to my grandbabies. I got the phone and it works great.

Iesha and Mariah are the nicest most patient people..this is the best phone company ever...they do their best to help and also fix any problem..plus to put up with me 🥺😶‍🌫️😱...Iesha has helped me through some issues with much patience...Mariah, I just met her and she is very kind and helpful also...I highly recommend this phone company..also great for later hours in the day for people who need to come later..
