For generations, my 90-year-old grandmother and our family have trusted Burnett’s, dating back to when her parents bought from them and her father worked for the Burnett family.

Recently, she visited the store to buy a smaller bed and loved the one she tested. However, when it was delivered, it was much higher than what was purchased—so high she needed a stool to get in. She later fell off, breaking her ribs.

When she returned to request an exchange, she was met with an apology but was told no. She had to return the bed at her own expense and pay full price for a new one, with no credit or assistance.

After years of loyalty and countless purchases, this treatment is unacceptable. My grandmother is heartbroken and refuses to return. Shame on you for how you’ve chosen to run this business.

They were very personable and not high pressure. We had shopped around for an upright freezer and they had the best prices also for the same brand.
They are very family oriented also.
I like doing business locally as long as it's good customer service.

Dwayne is awesome! Actually all staff was helpful and friendly. We just moved here from California yesterday and the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff was over the top! Prices were great as well. Recommend this place!

Very nice store friendly staff and great prices and very good quality. Quality done the Burnett way or not done at all! Stay local and help support a business that has operated 120 years in small town henryetta. I have bought a lot of appliances and furniture from them dewayne is very awesome at sales and mark and Natalie are very friendly and helpful you can definitely tell that Burnett's furniture is very appreciative of everyone that comes in will definitely be my life long furniture store!

Natalie was great! Very helpful. I told her my budget and she helped me stay under that. They even have reasonable delivery fees. I will be referring Burnett furniture to my friends. Great service and quality furniture.

Mark was great! He worked with us over a period of 6 weeks to make sure we had a great selection of Jamison Bedding mattresses to choose from.

He even came in on Sunday to help us load the mattress for our return trip to Arizona!

Burnett Furniture is fantastic! Mark, Natalie, and Dwayne were all incredibly helpful. I am excited to be receiving my new couch in a couple days and can't wait to curl up on it to watch a movie.
