It sucked I upgraded my phone and the new phones charging port is missed up and they don’t want to do anything about it I am probably going to be switching from easy wireless

A nice little place. The staff are very friendly, and more than happy to help you get set up with free wireless service, and you can even get a free phone. And if you stay with them for awhile they give you free store credit you can use to upgrade your phone or get a tablet 🙂

Easy wireless has been great,with my other service I had gone months with no phone usage,or calls being dropped and even while I was on a call I couldn't hear the caller but they could hear me had to call back on different phone. Great service.

They are always to busy doing something else to give you their full attention don't go and ask for anything a hour before they close they become brand new I'm sorry it's my first day on the job and Saturday 50.00 dollar referrals they will make every mistake to try and get you to come back on the following Monday so rude so that you only get a 25 dollar referral this has happened to me more than once since I've been dealing with Henrietta I have ran a few stores in my day and I'd let my employees go for not taking initiative to make our customers feel we've gone above and beyond for them!
