Harrah Pharmacy does not have any type of return policy describes within the store. I bought a fingertip pulse oximeter from here that does not work as described that I apparently wasted $36.99 on that they will not do a return on whenever they have a red sign laying on the front counter stating they will do returns as long as you have the receipt and it's within 30 days.

Harrah Pharmacy is great!!! I switched from a big nationwide pharmacy that I was very unhappy with, and had been doing business with for year’s, due to prescriptions not filled on time and exorbitant prices. I didn’t realize the prices were exorbitant until I, and my wife, picked up our first prescriptions. Wow-what a savings! Even more important are the friendly and helpful people at Harrah Pharmacy. We are hooked!

My first visit to the pharmacy and store and it was great. Everyone is so welcoming and polite. Lots of nice gifts items. The pharmacy was efficient and quick Veryin filling my prescriptions. Pleasant visit from walking in the door to out the door . I will definitely be back

This pharmacy is a joke!!! My mother has been on the same meds for 15 years. She moved to Harrah and thought it would be convenient to have her meds1/8th if a mile away. Because they didn’t agre with what the dr called in and held up her prescriptions for a week or more now it is nothing but a hassle with them and the insurance to get her meds. WORD OF THE WISE NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE ITS NOTHING BUT A HASSLE WITH THEM!!!! They seem to think they know more than what a dr does!!!!!

I absolutely love this place. I went to pick up my Tamaflu today at 3:10 after it was sent electronically by the icare place, only to find out they closed at 3pm today for New Years. My son and I both have the flu and needed our meds. They were so kind to open the door and fill my meds and said they knew we needed it. I don’t know what I would have done. I have done business here for over 20 years and will continue as long as they are open. The new owners are amazing just as Johnny was. Thank you everyone for all you do and the above and beyond service you provide.

These people are wonderful! I left a prescription at home during a visit to the area, and they went the extra mile to get a temporary prescription for me. Exceptional service!
