One of my best car buying experiences in the last 45 years! Drove in from Wichita, KS to pick up the truck I wanted. Entire transaction took less than 30 hours. I am probably the most clueless person to ever walk into a dealership for any reason what so ever. We have a pickup that needed a part replaced..part was purchased but ended up being a bigger problem, my boyfriend purchased the part the day prior, to finding out there was a bigger issue, he had to leave town and asked me to take care of it while he was away..I walked in and was comfortable the second i walked in! I explained that I didn’t know what I was doing, and Keith, the parts guy immediately said no worries let’s go look! From start to finish he was so helpful, then he called the minute the part showed up, I went to get it and he kindly walked me over to the shop after to introduce me to the shop guys to set up an appointment to have the part installed, they were the kindest friendliest people I’ve met, we laughed about my strange last name, and chit chatted about North Dakota (where I’m from) for a minute…I’ve never been in a dealership where people have been so kind, helpful not pushy, and quite entertaining! For someone like me, who knows nothing of vehicle repairs…I was beyond satisfied, and know who to turn to when I have any more questions or problems!! I really wish I could give more than give stars!!

I took my pickup in for what I suspected to be a phaser / timing chain issue. Other shops told me that I would need a new motor but these guys gave an honest and fair assessment, a reasonable quote, and finished the work in the time they promised. They were very good at communicating updates. They were also very accommodating with a loaner during my crazy traveling schedule. The pickup is running solid and I even have a warranty on the work. Would trust them with any work again. Thank you, Alex and Team!
