We stopped by to see if they had a replacement light bulb for our Maytag Convection Oven and we were in luck. They have many different styles and sizes in stock and were very helpful.

Fast forward to December '22
We were shopping new appliances for our new home. Sheena and staff were very helpful with our questions and knowledgeable of the products they carry.

We came back twice after comparison shopping in the area and made our purchase. Delivery was scheduled and made on time.

Install of the side by side fridge was a snap for their two-man crew and they connected our water line and discussed the best method for cleaning the stainless finish.

We had a great customer experience and received quality products, we'll shop here again for future upgrades.

Appliances I have bought at Maytag are reasonably priced with good quality. I would have liked to continue business with Maytag but can not depend on them for ethical repair practices.

Great people! Our freezer was going out and we called to see what they had in stock. They had what we needed and best of all they waited after closing so we could purchase. They even loaded it up. Definitely buying from them again!

When covid happened back in March we bought refrigerators/freezer to store extra food in, this appliance quit working on us back in August. It’s has been 3 months with no resolution until we get a call from Maytag giving us a reference number stating that it’s out of their hands and we need to follow up with Whirlpool customer service. Thanks so much for selling us a faulty product with a warranty and then leaving us high and dry with basically no resolution except a reference number and whirlpool customer service putting us on hold for 30 min.

This place is great gave me a crash course in electronics and dryers making it easy to disassemble diagnose use a multimeter and tested all the parts i brought in. I would give this place an A+Rating.A great group of people perfect storm for great customer service.
