Our initial experience was a good one…our sales person Matt seemed excited to help us find our home. I started out the conversation being very upfront and honest about our financial and credit situation. He assured us that this wouldn’t be a problem. We submitted paperwork for financing and waited on the call. Matt had called and stated we had an approval on the home but not the land which was not what we had hoped for and waited for a call from one of the other banks. Turns out that initial “approval” was not an approval at all and he had misread the call. I had also reached out to the GM Austin to call me and he said he would once he was freed up. I have yet to receive a call and that was 4 days ago. Long story short if you don’t have ideal credit I wouldn’t waste your time as you will more than likely be placed on the back burner.

Luis is very knowledgeable of the current market trends. He is very helpful, straight forward, and professional in every aspect. I admire that he puts quality over quantity when helping families and individals. It isn’t just a “number” to him, because he takes time to familiarize himself with what the customer is comfortable with and what works with their budget. He is easy to talk to and genuinely cares. Tami Bowen is wonderful at finding what fits your family perfectly. I would say she is the home whisperer 🤭 from showing floor plan to the actual home it’s self and the break down of what it will all cost definitely helps on making the right decision.
