Love it and now it will be a clearance center and I can't wait for all the amazing deals 🤗 went today they have a ton of mens which was nice. They are still getting things out but have a good selection. The dressing rooms are packed so if you have leggings or biker shorts and a thank top I would wear that so you can try on clothes over that so you don't have to wait in a long line to try on 🤦‍♀️😉

I wish I could leave zero stars. Two pairs of the exact same pants had different prices. I showed the cashier that the pair that fit me did not have the final mark down. She said that's the price and asked if I wanted to ask someone else about it. I said, "yes." She wouldn't call anyone up and said "it wouldn't matter anyhow." I showed her that there wasn't a mistake on the yellow sale tag and it was for the pants after she told me she knew there was a mistake on the markdown. She then said it was probably missed when they did the markdown and there's nothing she can do. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware. There are the same clothes at wildly different prices and they don't mind cheating you.

I asked for a price check on a dress i found at a clearance section with no tag. And if the cashier lady could find me a price. She told me to go look for another one similar to it myself because they don't have a sales rep to do that. I told her, when I found the dress, it was in the sales rack. She gives me an attitude. Along with all the sale clerks at the register. They all start to say they dont know where the dress is. After they had me walk around the store to find a "similar one." I went and brought back a similar dress on the same rack, and she said no. Then, she went to go get the exact dress. All of a sudden, she knew where it is, and goes to get the dress. Could have saved me the time and the attitude in the first place. And their attitudes!!! Makes no sense. You are in sells! No one is yelling at you. I'm simply asking for a price check. If you hate your job, quit. After I told her that her attitude was unnecessary, she adjusted it.

Love this place, great discounts and easy to shop. My only complaint is the minimal number of changing rooms - there's like ~5 for the entire women's department so there's a hurried rushing about and a pressure to try on your items quickly.

Horrible experience. They were busy so they rushed us out of the fitting room. Rude behavior by both ladies working the fitting room one was an older white lady and another was a younger black girl. I needed to buy 4 outfits for holiday season and my sister needed to buy 3 outfits and we got yelled at saying we were “holding up the line.” I was so embarrassed that I could not come up with anything to say in the moment. There were 2 other rooms that were occupied and they didn’t even bother asking the other ladies to hurry up. Disappointed by the behavior.

It has reopened as a Dillard's Clearance store now. All sales final, no returns or refunds. It's best to go at the beginning of a new season to shop the last season's stuff.

Prices are still pretty high and it's organized super weird. They do have a ton of cheap shoes though!
