Needed my iPhone battery replaced. Went into the store and asked how long it would take. He said 30-40 minutes. I told him I only had 35 minutes. He completed the job in 10 minutes! Phone battery lasts soooooo much longer! Very grateful and super happy he changed it out so quickly!

My son's phone wouldn't charge. He pays for insurance every month, we took the phone to his provider and they wouldn't even look at it, just said call and make a claim. We took it to Cellular Repair Exchange and it was fixed in 10 minutes!!! We will definitely be back

Had two phones (3rd going in today) with very busted screens fixed here this year, two separate times. Both work great and the turnaround time was overnight for one and a couple of days for the other. (had to order a several years old screen) Both repairs have lasted well and it's been a couple of months for one and almost a year for the other. Neither more than $100! Obviously that can vary for different phones, but it was a CRAP TON cheaper than even a used phone these days. Highly recommend to everyone, hope they listened instead of buying a whole new phone 💸 needlessly! (I think the dudes name was Matt - thanks whoever you are, guy!)

Absolute scam. Do not pay them until AFTER the service. I took a phone in for a black screen repair. The phone was still working when it went in. It took them two days to slice the phone in half, glue it back together, and steal my sim card. The phone no longer works, and they are refusing to return my calls about the sim card.

Had a great experience here! My daughter dropped her iPhone and shattered the screen. We brought it to Cellular Repair & Exchange, and they installed a new screen within about 45 minutes.

Unfortunately, 3 weeks later, while removing a screen protector, somehow the corner of the new screen lifted up and cracked. We brought it back in and explained the situation, and they replaced it again at no cost. 5 stars for customer service!
