Spent $50 on 4 cigars today, just lit the first one and it's the most brittle cigar I've ever seen. Snap, crackles, and pops like a cereal every time I put it to my lips. For a place with a humidor, and for the price, you'd think you would get good product

Doors are locked 10+ minutes before 10 PM on a Tuesday. The of hours of operation are either wrong, or the establishment is lenient on when the closer leaves. Very frustrating to drive somewhere expecting to go in during business hours to the door locked. No one answered when I called. No sign on the door to notify anyone the person had left or is unavailable.

The customer service was unbelievably terrible. I picked up an item that clearly had a price tag of $9.50 from their extremely limited selection (double-checked the price with the clerk before making the payment), only to receive my receipt and discover that it actually cost $15.99. When I brought this to the attention of the clerk, his response was a dismissive "you bought it!" accompanied by a shoulder shrug that clearly demonstrated his complete lack of concern.

I have been a customer for over a year now, and have always found the products that I'm looking for, at the prices that are perfect for my budget. What really stands out is that the staff is always extremally friendly and helpful. I look forward to the growth of the brand, and the owner's entrepreneurship. Good people with good morals and professionalism, should always be rewarded for their hard work!!

Amazing prices i cant find anywhere else, and they have a little bit of everything from hookah to disposable vapes and juice/ coils. They keep quick fix on hand which is a plus. The biggest selection of wraps and cones/papers I have ever seen. Cigar Room is so Nice! Also a nice selection of glass that will be growing! First experience was awesome! Joe was a really nice guy! add their page on Them on Instagram !!

The owner is super nice and the employees aswell. They answered my questions that I had. They have a huge selection on elf bars an pod kings and vape juices they even have coils which is very surprising and on top of that a cigar room I'm really mind blown with that. I highly recommend this smoke shop if you need anything.

This is my new smoke shop as of today. The owners are super nice. They are here to cater to us, the customer. That being said, if they don't have anything you are looking for. The owners will do everything they can to get that item in within the week. Also will be coming back soon because they have my favorite cigar in stock #ArturoFuente
