Mattress Firm was the 2nd of 3 mattress stores visited. The 1st we had waited to be helped for about 45 minutes which had given us plenty of time to figure out what we liked and didn’t like. Then to Mattress Firm where we met Brett and were pretty sure we found what we wanted but had 1 more place to check out. He was very gracious, courteous and understanding, gave us his card and told us he’d be there until 8pm. Checked out the other store but never got the ahhhh feeling from the mattresses like the one we had found at Mattress Firm. Back the next morning to see Brett and bought our dream bed! We highly recommend this store and the no pressure, knowledgeable, and friendly style Brett has.

My husband and I went in to look at mattresses and didn’t know if we wanted to use Mattress Firm or not (we did not want to deal with a pushy salesman). We worked with Brett, he was very personable and knowledgeable. He let us take our time deciding on what we liked and was not pushy at all! The Black Friday prices were helpful and Brett made us want to come back and buy from him once we decided on what we wanted. Brett thank you for your great customer service, it is much appreciated!

Left M Sleep and arrived at the Firm shopping for an adjustable bed and new mattress. Joshua assisted us and we enjoyed our shopping experience laying around the store. We didn't have to join a rewards program to get free delivery and set up for the new bed. Bought a hybrid plush mattress and saved some money too. Delivery guys were on time, spoke English and did a good set up. Did not damage anything and showed us how to use the remote. THANKS MF.
