Went to get keys made and needed to use the restroom extremely badly. They will not allow customers to use the restroom. I will not shop at a store that has no mercy for a person in need of the restroom.

The employees here are either rude as hell or seem to be high. Store is too small an not very organized, & they're not willing to help you locate what you need in their pile of items. Only reason I gave 2 stars is I happen to find half of what I needed. I'd go somewhere else or at least another ace just to save yourself time an a headache. This one sux.

Helpful people, you don't have to traverse a football field to find an item, no self checkout and there's seldom a line. Big box stores have forgotten that humans appreciate these options. Ace is the place!

Small locally owned store, not bad but call before you go and ask if they have what you want. Don't waste a trip guessing cause odds are they don't have it unless it's common.

I went in today looking for a box of rounded head machine screws and some rubber feet for a guitar case I’m refinishing. The guy who waited on me seemed annoyed that I was shopping there and only reluctantly showed me where to find what I needed. I won’t shop there again. In the future I’ll just go to Atwood’s. So much for trying to shop small and shop local…
