My nephew has had services here in Yukon many times and referred me to look into my brakes issue. I just came to get an estimate. They test drove and inspected my brakes. This is a great place to take your car for oil change, a/c, leaks, etc. We've had nothing but positive experiences. The office staff is incredibly kind, the waiting area is very child friendly (books, toys, puzzles, snacks!), and the mechanics always ask and inform before doing any additional work. They never make you feel bad if you say no to that filter change! 😆 I will definitely keep taking both of my cars here!

I took my car here a few months ago for an oil change and they snapped one of the bolts off of my air intake cover. I didn’t go back up there to address it or call because I understand things happen and I could easily fix it myself. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back there for another oil change. This time the technician that got in my car after they were finished with my oil change completely covered the inside of my car with oil. I’m guessing that he had oil on his hands and my steering wheel, door handles (inside and out), and my shifter was covered in oil. I usually don’t complain because I know that people are working hard and stuff happens but the lack of care for my vehicle twice in a row is insane. The broken bolt could’ve been brought to my attention and I wouldn’t have even hounded them about it but after going back there and getting the inside of my car covered in oil, I won’t be going back. These technicians needs to have more respect for others vehicles.

I have been going to precision tune in yukon for many years. Mil was my favorite employee. After she left, I still had good service until yesterday March 4th, 2025. I took my car in for a simple oil change. There were many cars waiting so I left it. They called a few hours later and said the threads on the oil pan had stripped out when they were removing the drain plug and I would need a whole new oil pan to the tune of almost $800. I sent my husband up there to talk to them about it. They told him whomever did our last oil change put in a helix shaped plug or some nonsense. The issue with that is THEY were the ones that did our last oil change. My husband told them that and they got whiplash changing their story. The same thing happened to my brother-in-law at this store. I will now be looking for a new oil change company. I hate change but more than that, I hate being lied to and scammed. I don't know where you buy your products from but oil pans do NOT cost as much as we were going to be charged. Very disappointed and angry that we are having to pay for YOUR screw up.

Brought my daughter's car here to get a couple of things fixed and the whole experience was excellent. From the friendly front desk to the knowledgeable, helpful, and kind mechanics, they fixed things up no hassle for a fair price. Will definitely continue to bring them my business.
