I ordered a used book from them online. The book came in great condition, they've followed written instructions.

Packaging was great. They taped the sheets that wrapped the hardcover book to the inside of the box so it stays in place. These little details go a long way, especially if the item is shipped internationally through a forward shipping company.

This is my jam! Drop your mask a little as you enter and yes the smell is still there. The enchanting smell of old paper, bindings and glue. The smell of dreams and quiet evenings by the fireplace, early mornings with a cup of coffee and your book, nothing better. Large selection of new and used, rare, local interest and children. Few chairs scattered around to sit and test drive before you purchase. Pleasant helpful staff.

We brought in two small bags of our used books and were so happy with the trade in experience! It was fast (maybe 5-10 minutes) and a very fair value! They have the sweetest collection of children's books so we immediately used our trade in credit for picture books. We'll be back! 🙂

great selection of classics right when you walk in. They have Rainbow Goblins that frequent this book shop, Rabbi Jesus, and also Henry Miller is a great author - I recommend checking out Tropic of Cancer/Capricorn and the Nexus/Sexus/Plexus rosy crucification series

I can spend hours in this store. I have done a lot of business with them over the years. Over two decades, in fact. But lately I’ve been unhappy with the amount of credit I get (or don’t, as the case may be) for my books. I’m also finding everything is marked up to top dollar and it’s more often out of loyalty to buying local that I don’t just order what I’m after off ABE. One likes to feel in a used bookstore that you can find some real deals. Less and less here, I’m afraid. Still and all, great selection and atmosphere.
