Love your selection, but your new employee is rude. I want to keep shopping here, but she does not smile, ask “how are you?” Or “what are you looking for today?” Very basic manners are not there. I am sorry, but I might have to stop going here if she doesn’t fix her customer service work ethic, or lack thereof. Thank you.

scam of a company if you ask me. i see they're removing all reviews that aren't a blatant lie of "how amazing this shop is!". new ownership clearly does not care about their customers. first kristen the old manager was pushed out, then they push out loyal employees. now their inventory is so unpredictable you likely will not find the product you bought last week and even if you do, they continuously raise their prices. new budtenders don't know anything. don't waste your time.

Only place I’ve come to for five years and I’m never coming back again. I ordered up a pack of pre-rolled platinum og kush breath and was sold a variety pack that included super roof. No returns although I was out literally less than a minute before discovering the error. Bad service for one who was a regular.

this place was always my favorite. Now they’ve taken away the loyalty punchcard that they started not too long ago, the senior discount has been raised to age 70. The only way you can get a discount is to give your name/address/email/birthdate/phone number. it was nice while it lasted, I’ll be going somewhere else from now on Used to be great Bye 🙁
