Looks like Terry's Gas Station cleaned house. New employee Jennifer is very nice, approachable, and down to earth. I love to shop local and having someone that will treat me like they've known me my whole life makes for great customer service in my opinion. I feel welcome when I come in now. I used to feel like I was bothering the cashiers that were there before. They had attitudes and acted as if they were inconvenienced by having customers. Thank you for getting better employees and cleaning out the rude ones.

Ordered a pizza tonight, about 10 minutes after the time we were told to pick it up it was ready. Got home just to find out it was not even cooked all the way. Called the store just so Amy could tell me I could bring it back and they'd finish cooking it. Really? When I asked about a refund I was told No. It was their mistake and I paid the price. Won't ever do that again.

Service at Terry's grocery is great but the convince store falls short. They look so disgusted to be there. I don't know why they are so unhappy to have a job but I will go further up the road for my needs

For whatever reason, you have to pay the self storage here, and depending on the day or the weather will you get an answer on paying over the phone or in person or automatically. Half the staff has no clue what is going on about it, the other half won't send you the physical paperwork to sign up for recurring payments no matter how many times you ask for it.
