Heck yeah! The new store is built for a bright and cheerful shopping experience. Staff is kind and friendly- above and beyond. Organized well and a wide selection including a section of all new merchandise; earrings makeup and accessories. Dressing rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean.

Good place to get rid of "stuff" or to buy more. The drop off is quick and easy, open the same times as the store. They do not take beds or bed frames.
The store looks busy every time I drive by so Ashland must really need this place. I wish prices were better for people who are struggling. When I donate things it is my hope that people in need can buy my items at a very reasonable price. Maybe offer items at a steeper discount based on need?

My spouse took a trip here tonight to pick up some last moment DIY Halloween costume stuff and encountered the employees here degrading a woman who just wanted to use a changing room. We understand as the public in Ashland that you have polices around when your changing rooms are open and closed but in no way did these employees have to tell her that they were closed in the most degrading rude way and her reply was that she just got here and she didn’t know and that’s when my spouse relayed to me again that they got on the intercom once more and again in the most degrading way said the dressing rooms were closed and then proceeded to laugh at this woman. She ended up using your restroom to try on her items and honestly good for her and shame on you.

Very nice new Goodwill in Ashland. Location from old Goodwill..street right across from "Old Goodwill" Independence..keep going. You will see the New Goodwill. (We are from Medford..Maps had no directions.)

The employees at this store have changed throughout the years but all of them have always been awesome and are the most hardworking people in Ashland. This review is just for one issue that we've had at not just the Ashland Goodwill but several. Customers bring their dogs in often, sometimes multiple dogs to each customer. Most of the dogs are well trained and are not an issue but several times at several different goodwills, dogs have growled, barked and lunged at us and other customers. At a recent visit at this particular store, this happened again with a large pitbull. We grabbed something to protect ourselves in case of a dog attack as we've witnessed dog attacks at other establishments. We also alerted the manager. The manager talked to the owner and let the owner know kindly and respectfully that If they couldn't control their dog, they would have to take their dog out of the store. This was a very appreciated as many times the situation with aggressive dogs is ignored in public places.

We are dog people. We love dogs. We don't love going to public places with aggressive dogs or dirty dogs, especially if the owner isn't attending them and they rub their dog hair or dirt all over our clothing or jump on us, sniff us etc. Not everyone however is a dog person. There are people that have been attacked and have trauma because of this, have triggers or are uncomfortable in general around dogs. The Ashland Goodwill is a small store as it is and adding the multiple dogs further adds to the lack of space.

We wanted to let the public know that if you are attacked by a dog in a Goodwill, whether you're a customer or an employee, there's no recourse for you. The store is not liable. Dog attacks in public places, stores are not uncommon and the owner has only one option, to seek medical attention and pursue the dog's owner for financial liability. However, all too often the owner is nowhere to be found to pursue any legalities. The store is completely off the hook by Oregon law. Stay safe everyone.

The Goodwill in Ashland is an okay place to shop. They're kind of on the smaller size, as thrift stores go. But they had a nice collection of DVDs and movies. Clothing items and other miscellaneous goods. The staff is friendly, and generally knows where everything is. Definitely worth a visit!

Came to drop off a trunk full of goods. Ive never encountered a more rude employee in my life. One employee was standing on the concrete pad, in my way of driving forward, while the other was aggressively waving me forward. I cant drive over someone So i waited, and then as I was slowly moving forward as to not run someone over, he was waving faster yelling “oh my goddd, come ON!”. When i pulled up and got out the waving employee was extremely curt and snatching things out of my hand.

I understand its hot and youre outside, but theres no reason to be rude to the people who help fund your employment. I have more stuff to drop off and after that experience, i will willingly drive to medford to avoid the rude employees here.

I've been in a few times in the last two months and I am happily served each time. Each time I walk in, I am greeted and every worker I have encountered has been very friendly. The store isn't very big, but they usually have at least one thing on my list that I am looking for
