Eclectic store with something for everyone. Good place to shop for gifts. The location in Portland offers online order pickup, but that is not available at the Astoria location.

Love the shop in Portland but my experience in Astoria today was completely off putting. Shop attendant was blatantly rude to my partner and I. When trying to greet/talk to her she would completely ignore us, not even looking at us or just walking away. However, she would engage with all the other guests in the store. At first we thought it was just an accident, but when we both separately said thank you/goodbye to her she completely ignored the both of us. My partner and I are clearly queer and it’s hard for us not to feel that this is the reason she was ignoring us. But regardless of the reason, we won’t be visiting that space again.

Loved this place. Neat stuff to look at and did buy some items for Xmas gifts. I enjoy places like this that I can pick up different things from such diverse places. What is available is fascinating and was pleasantly surprised to hear that the "mother ship" as was said to me by the salesperson was a 2 story store in Portland. Hope to visit that place one day. Would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for something a little different for holiday gifts or any occasion.

Cargo is a guaranteed stop, for our family, for holidays and birthdays. We're so excited about their new location -- so much bigger and even _more_ great, brilliantly curated stock. So grateful to have a shop like Cargo in town. Absolute mandatory stop if you're passing through.

I love Cargo! Always something funky to find in there. My wife and I get one Christmas ornament each every holiday season, and they've always got the most unique choices. 95% of our tree has been decorated by them!
