We were passing through area when my Ford F250 started acting up over a DEF problem and planned to restrict my truck speed. The local Ford dealer was 2 weeks out on repairs. So checking around I found Graf to be highly recommended. Nick understood my situation and got right on it, fixed it, and explained in detail what caused the problem. I was down the road the same day. Thanks Nick! The cost was very reasonable and the staff very helpful. You have to check them out when you need any repairs.

Called about my 2019 ford ranger running rough and losing gas mileage. Have a scanner and knew it was EGR valve. They had truck from Monday afternoon until Wednesday afternoon and the best they could do is work on it for half a day on Wednesday and tell me that it was low on coolant. Charged 287.00 for an oil change and some coolant. my check engine light was back on before I got home. These guys are NOT diagnostics guys they are just parts changers do not go to this shop unless you want to be LIED to and taken advantage of. The worst experience I have ever had at a local shop. LIARS the whole bunch of them!!!

I appreciate these guys so much. I blew a fuse stopped in they immediately replaced it and got me back on the road. Service was very friendly, fast they even offered a much needed cup of coffee.

I was in a pinch and needed a new alternator right away as I am from out of town. Graf’s got me in the same day and were so helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable and the service was great. Hopefully this review is good enough for Paul 😂

We have multiple types of vehicles with 4 kids and 2 adult drivers in our house. Graff's has worked on our daughters Subaru Crosstrex, my other daughters Subaru Forester, my Toyota Sequoia and is taking care of my personal favorite now, our 1988 Dodge Raider. I have absolute confidence in this shop and would recommend family, friends, neighbors and strangers to them to be taken care of.

I originally had a lengthy review but after the owners response, I hope everyone understands a trend I have noticed. Look at every review where someone had an issue and the owner is on the attack. The owner states that I modified my parts, bought the wrong parts, motor mount dampeners are obsolete, and I didn’t pay labor to reinstall the heat shields for my motor mounts.
I do not believe the customer is always right but when someone is wronged, it’s worth listening to it. Thanks for the ironic life lesson that I shouldn’t bring my bacon and eggs to a restaurant and expect them to cook it and like the taste. So in other words, I should not bring my vehicle to Graf’s Automotive and expect it to be fixed right. I am convinced if the shop had purchased the mounts, I would have the same issue. Best of luck.

I originally called PNW automotive, but moved on when they NEVER answered my call on 2 occasions. I then called Grafs' and Mike was VERY courteous/friendly and scheduled my appt. within a few days.
I just bought an Audi Q5 and there was an issue with the blind spot monitor. I also mentioned there was a problem with my trunk door not fully extending to a higher position.(thinking probably another sensor issue)
Within an hour, I was out the door. They did a sensor diagnostic test and reset the issue. They went on a test drive to make sure the lights on my side mirrors worked as directed.
The waiting room was comfortable and had an assortment of snacks/drinks to keep the stomach from growling.
What BLEW my mind was that PAUL(a mechanic) went out of his way to locate 2 hydraulic arms (out of state) to remedy my issue with the trunk door. Not only did he save me a GOOD chunk of money by not ordering from the dealer, told me they'd be in within the week!
Graf's automotive NOW has a customer for life. What a GOOD, honest, bunch of guys...VERY impressed!!!

We really got 6 star customer service from Graff's and we are truly grateful. On a Friday at 3:30 while camping in the area our car started leaking oil bad enough we couldn't drive home. Every shop closes for the weekend @5, so there was little chance of any shop even looking at our issue till Monday. After calling around, Graff's agreed to take a look before closing. They were immediately able to diagnose the problem and get parts, but it was not going to be able to be repaired before closing. Their mechanic Ron came in after closing, fixed our car and since we had no phone reception at our campsite, he personally delivered it to us around 10:30. Thanks so much to the whole crew for going way above and beyond what was expected!
