I have shopped here for years…. Since 2012! Everyone has always been so nice except the last time I came in. One of the owners, Kelly, was there and she was extremely rude. I was trying to talk to her and ask her questions and she never turned away from the computer. She didn’t even turn to face me! Her responses were either short or she wouldn’t respond at all. She wasn’t friendly or welcoming. Horrible customer service!! There are so many boutiques in Auburn that sells the same things at the same price point. I will not come back to shop because of the way she made me feel.

I have shopped at Ellie off and on for almost 13 years, primarily because the staff at Ellie are courteous, friendly, and very good at helping me pick things out for girlfriend/fiancee/spouse (I have made purchases for all three categories).
For all the guys wondering what to purchase for any of the above, I highly recommend Ellie. All of the products I have purchased have been well received. And I have been told by the female recipient(s) that the products are nice and of the highest quality.

Hands down, Ellie Clothing is one of my favorite places to shop! I have been shopping at Ellie’s for over 10 years now. Initially, as an Auburn grad student and now as a slightly older Marylander ? So, despite the distance, Ellie has gone out of their way to provide their super cute and trendy styles to folks like myself who aren’t able to visit Auburn as frequently as I would like to.

Kelly and Natalie are amazing! They really have come up with creative ways to manage their small business through the many pitfalls of this pandemic and keep providing their awesome products to local and out-of-state customers. They keep their website up to date and even do live feeds to provide a sneak peak of their new products and great discounts for their sale items - love their live sessions! Products purchased through the live session invoicing or online platform ship super fast and are often times “free shipping” which is an added bonus! The packaging is great and they even add a very sweet personalized note to their packages. Just shows how much they care about the delivery of their products and the satisfaction of their customers ?

Ellie’s staff have always been friendly both in person and online. Ellie styles are super trendy and perfect for ladies in any age group! They even sell super cute masks for adults and children ? Ellie’s products are very classy and great quality. In fact some of my favorite blouses & rompers are from Ellie - love the material! Also, prices are very affordable and sale items are a steal!

Overall, Ellie has been one of my favorite places to shop. I have always been a fan but even more so now that travel is limited. So, yes I highly recommend a virtual/in person visit to Ellie Clothing! ?

My mom went in there this past Saturday to get us a shirt and a purse for the game.. Cashier was very nice but the other girl behind register was not. She started whispering to the cashier and then proceeded to tell my mom “Purses are final sale, you can’t bring them back” but in a very belittling way. My mom left feeling very upset/insecure and judged as if she shouldn’t have been shopping there. Not a way to treat any customer if you ask me. People are very quick to judge and it’s sad.

I highly recommend everyone to shop at Ellie Clothing in downtown Auburn. I have been shopping there for many years and have not had to return anything. The employees are very kind and help in absolutely any way they can. It is very convenient for me to find my whole outfit in one store, from jewelry to clothing to shoes. My mother and I always enjoy shopping in Ellie's together. It is one of the few places that we are able to find clothes for each of us. This boutique is where I find her Christmas and Mother's Day gifts every year. The owners, Kelly and Natalie, are outstanding ladies.

Ellie is awesome in so many ways! I live in TN and it is my favorite place to shop! Ellie is situated in downtown Auburn, AL and the boutique contributes so much to the culture of the town. Kelly and her staff are so helpful and the clothes and jewelry are very stylish yet reasonably priced. It is the perfect boutique for college girls, plus all of us who are still college girls at heart.

Because of this pandemic the streets of downtown Auburn are no longer bustling with students, fans and visitors, and Ellie has felt this, like so many small businesses. Kelly has stocked her inventory with really cute summer clothes and she is running great sales online. Please support Ellie by shopping with Kelly and her staff online while staying safe at home. We do not want Ellie to be a victim of this pandemic!!

Ellie will always be my favorite boutique. I love to support this business bc they genuinely care about you.. whether it’s the first time you’ve walked in or you’re a regular. I have shopped at Ellie for many many years. The owners have a passion for finding trendy, affordable, and great quality clothing for all age groups. They spend time to show you how to wear the same outfits in different ways and transition it to other seasons. I love this about them! My most loved clothing is from Ellie and has lasted 5 plus years! Ellie girls have the BEST customer service and will truly do anything in anyway to help you. If you don’t live near Auburn they will even message you on any social media platform. You won’t find better people or better clothing/accessories anywhere else. There is a reason Ellie has been everyone’s go to store for 17 years! Thank you Ellie for helping every girl feel beautiful and confident!

Ellie is one of my favorite places to shop, both for me and my daughter. I shop in the store, online, and on their Facebook lives (love those). The clothes and accessories are great and very affordable. Natalie, Kelly, and the entire staff are always super friendly and helpful!! Love, love, love Ellie!!!
