The owner Scott is just the nicest guy and super helpful. Of course that means the shop is very busy and you will have to be patient. I have really liked my cute pink electric bike more than I thought I would and the price was right. Thanks again, Scott!

We shipped our bikes to Bikes and Beyond in preparation for riding the Trans America Bike Route. One bike from Ohio with two gearboxes and one bike from Texas. The shop held and stored our gear until we arrived in Astoria, which was only a day later. Scott and Roger cleared an area in the shop for us to reassemble bikes and prep the gear for riding. They provided tools that were needed if we didn't have them and answered questions that came up during the reassembly. They were very accommodating.

Somehow, my seat tube clamp came up missing. After a lengthy time searching for it, Roger found a spare in the shop and because it was not black he took the time to get a couple of coats of black paint on it. I was good to go! My riding partner was in a bit of a jam. He had not gotten racks or bike bags before leaving Texas. So, the guys worked quite extensively to get my partner outfitted with racks and bags. One of the racks had to have some re-engineering done to it to fit the bike. By the end of the day, my partner had a fully functioning bike ready for the Trans Am.

I can't say enough good things about Bikes and Beyond in Astoria, OR. The guys went above and beyond to get us ready for the Trans Am. The shop has a great vibe to it. And not only are the guys great, but so are their customers. We chatted with a lot of people throughout the day. And, the shop is in a great location on Commercial St with shops, eateries, cafes, and breweries all around. I highly recommend visiting and using services at Bikes and Beyond if you're in the Astoria OR area. Kudos to Bikes and Beyond, Scott, Roger, and Amillo ..... Thanks for the great support!

The guys at B&B were not only professional and helpful but also very nice.
They really "went beyond" to find a suitable chain for my 10 speed and managed to fix me a new chain in no time.
Great crew. Worth checking what's in their stock or get your bike tuned.

Had issues with my caliper clamps on my ride bike and Scott was super to deal with. Super knowledgeable reasonably priced. Helped ok something I thought was going to take all day

Did I mention it's the oldest Trek dealership in the PNW. Highly recommend 10/10

Quick change of a tubeless tire, but no such tires in stock.

I broke 3 spokes just before riding over the Astoria bridge and I was up the creek until I found this place! They were able to fix me up in about an hour and the price was more than fair. Great place!!! I also saw som gems of bikes mixed in with the used bikes although the prices were not listed.
