Nothing out of the ordinary going on here. Plenty of bulk supplies for tobacco users. There isn't any financial advantages here. Walmart is cheaper on cigarettes. Location is bad but is highlighted when traffic is heavy on Highway 75 and you get stuck trying to get out of that area. Something else of an oddity here. If you use plastic here expect to pay an upcharge.
